Claims (8)
- 선택된 지역에서 광빔으로 조사된 후 조사된 위치에서 국부적인 침하를 제공하기 위해 현상되는, 최소한 한층의 감광 재질이 기판에 제공되는 기록 마스터 제조 방법에 있어서, 유전 재질의 한 막이 상기 기판과 상기 감광 재질사이에 삽입되고, 상기 삽입에 의해, 조사는 최소한 감광층에서 평균 강도(Ya)의 광 정재파를 야기하고 상기 파의 위상은, 감광층과 유전막 사이의 접촉 영역에서 파의 강도(Yi)가 Ya를 초과하도록 상기 유전막의 두께를 선택함으로써, 실현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 마스터 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전 재질은 굴절율이 감광 재질보다 적게 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 마스터 제조 방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유전 재질은 Y2O3, SiO2, Si3N|4및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 마스터 제조 방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유전 재질은 불화물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 마스터 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 불화물은 MgF2, BaF2, LiF, NaF 및 이들의 혼합물로 형성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 마스터 제조 방법.
- 제1 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 선택된 기판은 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 마스터 제조 방법.
- 제1 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 마스터.
- 광학적으로 판독 가능한 데이터 캐리어에 있어서 자체 표면에 기록된 데이터 비트에 대응한 국부적인 지형적 변화의 종속 패턴을 갖고, 최소한 한 금속의 반사층이 배치된 기판을 포함하고 상기 종속 패턴은 제7항에 다른 기록 마스터에서 국부적인 침하의 마스터 패턴의 양 또는 음의 각인된 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적으로 판독 가능한 데이터 캐리어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
