Abstract

운반구를 형성하는 동안 제자리에 찰깍 들어가며 인접한 곡선모양 또는 경사진 포장된 물품의 외형선을 따르게 하는 능력을 가진 끝패널 구성을 갖춘 운반구.
하부 끝패널플랩과 인접한 접착플랩에 접을 수 있게 연결된 거싯패널 또는 탭은 플랩이 제자리에 찰깍 들어가게 한다. 접착플랩과 측면패널 또는 접착플랩을 측면플랩에 연결시키는 2중 각도를 이룬 접는 선 사이의 사면 패널은 운반구가 운반구내의 곡선모양의 모서리의 물품의 외형선을 꼭 따를 수 있게 한다.

Claims (18)

  1. 복수의 물품을 포장하기 위한 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구에 있어서, 슬리브 형태를 형성하기 위해 접는선을 따라 측면패널에 연결된 정상부패널 및 바닥패널; 슬리브 각각의 끝에 있는 끝패널; 접는선에 의해 정상부패널과 바닥패널에 각각 연결된 상부 및 하부 끝패널플랩으로 구성되어 있는 각각의 끝패널이며, 이 끝패널플랩은 측면패널에 회단교차하여 뻗어있는 접착플랩에 겹쳐져서 접착되어 있는 각각의 끝패널; 거싯탭에 의해 인접한 접착플랩의 하부부분 어느 한쪽 측면에 연결되어 있는 하부 끝패널플랩이며, 이 탭은 제1탭 접는선에 의해 상기 하부부분에 연결되어 있으며 제2탭 접는 선에 의해 하부 끝패널플랩에 연결되어 있는 하부 끝패널플랩 및 끝패널이 인접한 굽어지거나 또는 테이퍼진 물품의 외형선을 실질적으로 따르게 하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 끝패널이 인접한 물품의 외형선을 실질적으로 따르게 하기 위한 수단은 접착플랩과 측면 패널이 인접한 물품의 외형선을 실질적으로 따르게 하기 위한 수단은 접착플랩과 측면패널 사이의 사면패널을 포함하며, 각각의 사면패널은 접는선에 의해 인접한 접착플랩과 측면패널에 연결되어 있고 바닥에서 보다도 정상부에서 더 큰폭을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 사면패널은 운반구의 하부 모서리에서 위로 뻗어 있으며, 접는선은 측면패널을 끝에 있는 정상부 패널에 연결시키는 접는선과 접촉하는 인접한 측면패널에 사면패널을 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 끝패널이 인접한 물품의 외형선을 실질적으로 따르게 하기 위한 수단은 접착플랩의 하부 부분을 결합된 측면패널에 연결시키는 제1접착플랩 접는선과 접착플랩의 상부부분을 결합된 측면패널에 연결시키는 제2접착플랩 접는선을 포함하며, 각각의 제2접착플랩 접는선은 결합된 제1접착플랩 접는선과의 각도를 형성하고 대향한 끝패널 쪽으로 각이져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구.
  5. 제5항에 있어서, 하부 끝패널플랩 접는선은 바닥패널의 폭보다 더 적은 길이를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 하부 끝패널플랩 접는선은 바닥패널의 폭보다 더 작은 길이를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 거싯탭은 하부 끝플랩과 인접한 접착플랩 사이에 위치되어 있으며, 각각의 탭은 하부끝패널플랩의 내부면과 직면관계가 되도록 그 제1접는선 주위에 접혀 있고, 결합된 접착플랩의 외부면과 직면관계가 되도록 그 제1접는선 주위에 접혀 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 접착플랩은 인접한 포장된 물품의 숄더의 예정된 위치에 대응하도록 설계된 위치에서 내부에 개구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 개구는 목이 있는 병의 배럴부분의 정상부의 예정된 위치에 대응하도록 설계되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 개구로부터 접착플랩의 끝 가장자리 쪽으로 뻗어있는 적어도 하나의 용이하게 접을 수 있는 선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구.
  11. 복수의 물품을 포장하는데 사용하기위한 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구를 형성하기 위한 블랭크에 있어서; 접는선에 의해 측면패널부위에 연결된 바닥 패널부위; 접는선에 의해 정상부 패널플랩에 연결되어 있는 측면패널부위; 접는선에 의해 바닥패널부위에 연결된 하부 끝패널플랩; 접는선에 의해 정상부 패널플랩에 연결된 상부끝패널플랩; 측면패널부위의 외부로 뻗어있는 접착플랩; 거싯탭에 의해 인접한 접착플랩의 하부 끝패널플랩이며, 이 탭은 제1탭 접는선에 의해 상기 하부부분에 연결되어 있는 제2탭 접는선에 의해 하부 끝패널플랩에 연결되어 있으며, 이 거싯탭은 하부 끝패널플랩의 내부면과 직면 관계가 되도록 그 제2탭 접는선 주위에 접혀 있으며, 결합된 접착플랩의 내부면과 직면 관계가 되도록 그 제1접는선 주위에 접혀있는 각각의 하부 끝패널플랩; 및 블랭크로 형성된 운반구의 끝패널이 인접한 곡선모양 또는 테이퍼진 물품의 외형선을 실질적으로 따르게 하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구를 형성하기 위한 블랭크.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 블랭크로 형성된 운반구의 끝패널이 인접한 물품의 외형선을 실질적으로 따르게 하기 위한 수단은 접는선에 의해 측면패널부위에 연결된 사면패널부위를 포함하며, 상기 접는선을 측면패널부위를 바닥패널부위와 정상부 패널부위에 연결시키는 접는선에 대해 각도를 이루어서 뻗어 있고, 각각의 사면패널부의는 접는선에 의해 접착플랩에 연결되어 있으며, 각각의 사면패널부위는 바닥에서 보다도 정상부 패널부위에 연결시키는 접는선에 대해 각도를 이루어서 뻗어있고, 각각의 사면팬멀부위는 접는선에 의해 접착플랩에 연결되어 있으며, 각각의 사면패널부위는 바닥에서 보다도 정상부에서 더 큰 폭을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구를 형성하기 위한 블랭크.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 블랭크로 형성된 운반구의 끝패널이 인접한 물품의 외형선을 실질적으로 따르게 하기 위한 수단은 접착플랩의 하부부분을 결합된 측면패널에 연결시키는 제1접착플랩 접는선과 접착 플랩의 상부부분을 결합된 측면패널에 연결시키는 제2접착플랩 접는선을 포함하며, 각각의 제2접착플랩 접는선은 결합된 제1접착플랩 접는선과의 각도를 형성하고 결합된 측면패널부위의 대향한 끝쪽으로 각도를 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구를 형성하기 위한 블랭크.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 제1접착플랩 접는선은 바닥패널부위를 측면패널부위에 연결시키는 접는선에 실질적으로 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구를 형성하기 위한 블랭크.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 제1접착플랩 접는선은 바닥패널부위를 측면패널부위에 연결시키는 접는선에 실질적으로 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구를 형성하기 위한 블랭크.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 각각의 접측플랩은 인접한 포장된 물품의 숄더의 예정위치에 대응하도록 설계된 위치에서 내부에 개구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구를 형성하기 위한 블랭크.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 개구는 목이 있는 병의 배럴부분의 정상부의 예정위치에 대응하도록 설계되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구를 형성하기 위한 블랭크.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 개구로부터 적어도 하나의 용이하게 접힐 수 있는 선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 밀폐식 슬리브형 운반구를 형성하기 위한 블랭크.
