Abstract

본 발명은 공지된 조성물보다 더 낮은 pH 및 더 낮은 점도를 갖는 디프로필렌 글리콜내 1,2-벤즈이소티아졸린-3-(BIT)의 안정한 조성물에 관한다. BIT는 0.75-1.07몰 알칼리 금속 하이드록사이드와 1몰 BIT를 반응시켜 얻은 알칼리 금속 염으로 존재한다.

Claims (11)

  1. 0.75-1.07몰 알칼리 금속 하이드록사이드와 1몰 BIT를 반응시켜 생성된 알칼리 금속 염으로 존재하는 5-25중량%의 1,2-벤즈이소티아졸린-3-온(BIT) 및 40-68%의 디프로필렌 글리콜로 구성되는 안정한 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 하이드록사이드가 하나 이상의 리튬, 소듐 또는 포타슘 하이드록사이드인 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 15-25%중량%의 BIT를 함유하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 50-58중량%의 디플로필렌 글리콜을 함유하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, BIT몰당 0.80-1.05몰의 알칼리 금속 하이드록사이드를 함유하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, BIT몰당 0.95-1.02몰의 알칼리 금속 하이드록사이드를 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 실질적으로 화학양론적인 양의 알칼리 금속 하이드록사이드 및 BIT를 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, pH가 8.9-10.0인 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 점도가 18℃에서 60-180mPa.s인 조성물.
  10. 공업용 살균제로서 사용되는 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항의 조성물의 용도.
  11. 미생물에 의해 손상받기 쉬운 매질로서 미생물의 생장을 억제하기 위하여 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항의 조성물로 처리시킨 매질.
