Abstract

내장된 단자(5)를 갖는 하우징(2), 및 SIM 카드의 수납을 위해 카드 수납부(18)를 갖는 카드 홀더(3)를 포함하는 개선된두 개의 부재로 된 SIM 카드 수납 커넥터(1)가 개시되어 있다. 상기 카드 홀더(3)는 하우징(2)의 양면을 따라 형성된 레지(26a,26b,27a,27b)를 경유해서 상기 하우징(2)에 활주식으로 장착된다. 상기 하우징(2)은 그로부터 돌출하는 나온래치 돌기(15)를 갖는 로크 레버(13)를 포함한다. 상기 래치 돌기는 상기 카드 홀더 및 하우징을 조립조건에서 로킹하기위해 카드 홀더(3) 상에 형성된 대응 요부(28)에 결합된다. 상기 두 개의 부재로 된 구조는 상기 하우징이 하부 회로 기판에 쉽고 자동적으로 조립되도록 하고, 카드 홀더를 하우징에 활주 조립하는 것은 상기 카드 홀더를 하우징에 조립하거나 제거하는 동안 단자를 "자기 청소"하도록 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 카드의 회로 소자를 인쇄 회로 기판의 회로 소자에 전기적으로 접속하기 위한 두 개의 부재로 된 카드 수납 커넥터에 있어서, 회로 기판상에 장착하고 내부에 카드 상의 접촉부와 전기적으로 접촉하는 단자를 갖는 하우징과, 카드를 카드 홀더 내에 지지하기 위해 저면 상에 카드 수납 요부가 형성된 카드홀더를 포함하며, 상기 카드 홀더가, 하우징의 양면을 따라 형성된 채널 내로 활주하는 카드 홀더의 측면 모서리를 경유해서 상기 하우징에 활주식으로 장착하도록된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드 수납 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징이 그 한 단부에 수동 해제 가능한 캔틸레버식 로크 레버와 내부에 래치 돌기를 갖고, 상기 래치 돌기가 상기 카드 홀더를 하우징내에 제거 가능하게 로킹할 수 있도록 카드 홀더의 카드 수납부 내에형성된 대응요부와 결합하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드 수납 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카드 홀더가 측면 모서리에 형성된 외향 돌출 래지를 포함하고, 상기 레지는 상기카드 홀더가 하우징 내에 활주 가능하게 장착된 후 상기 카드 홀더를 하우징의 상기 체널 내에 보유하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드수납 커넥터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 상기 레지가 카드홀더를 따라 길이 방향으로 서로 다른 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드 수납 커넥터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 카드홀더의 레지를 수납할 수 있도록 된 상기 채널 내에 컷 아웃부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드 수납 커넥터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카드 홀더가 카드의 한 면에 마찰 결합하기 위해 카드 수납부의 한 면 상에 카드 편의 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드 수납 커넥터.
