Abstract

본 발명은 홈 뱅킹 단말장치 및 그 단말장치의 운용방법에 관한 것으로 특히, 소정의 키신호를 발생시키는 키입력부(1)와; 스마트 카드(20)가 선택적으로 결합되는 카드접속구(2)와; 각종 정보를 문자 및 숫자로 표시해 주는 디스플레이부(3)와; 시스템의 전반적인 제어기능을 수행하는 CPU(4)와; 시스템운용 프로그램 및 각종 데이타가 기억되어지는 ROM(5)과; 소정 데이타가 일시저장되는 RAM(6)과; 호스트 컴퓨터(30)와 연결시켜 주는 라인 인터페이스부(7); 통신설로를 통해 수신되는 데이타를 변복조시켜 주는 모뎀(8)으로 구성하여 일반사용자가 스마트 카드를 통해 가정등지에서 손쉽게 은행업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하므로써, 계좌번호등의 키입력 없이도 은행업무가 자동으로 이루어져 사용상 매우 편리하며, 고객의 비밀번호와 계좌번호 및 금액등이 단말장치와 은행의 호스트 컴퓨터 사이에서 암호화된 상태로 데이타 통신이 이루어지므로 데이타의 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 고객이 스마트 카드(20)를 카드접속구(2)에 꽂은 후 인증절차가 완료되면, CPU(4)는 단말장치를 은행의 호스트 컴퓨터(30)에 연결시켜 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(30)가 서비스를 접수받도록 하는 제1단계와; 사용자가 키입력부(1)를 통해 이용코자 하는 서비스 코드를 입력시키면 CPU(4)에서 해당 스마트 카드로부터 계좌번호를 읽어들여 서비스 코드와 함께 호스트 컴퓨터(30)에 전송하고, 호스트 컴퓨터(30)에서는 전송되어 온 계좌번호를 접수하여 서비스를 개시하는 제2단계와; 사용자가 키입력부(1)를 통해 비밀번호를 입력시키면서 CPU(4)는 이 비밀번호를 하드웨어 시큐리티 디바이스(41)를 통해 암호화하여 전송하며, 이를 입력받은 호스트 컴퓨터(30)에서는 비밀번호내의 암호를 키로 풀은 다음 자체내에 기억되어 있는 비밀번호와 동일한지를 검출하는 제3단계와; 상기에서 비밀번호가 상호 일치되지 않으면 거래를 거부하고 비밀번호가 맞았으면 고객이 원하는 서비스를 수행하여 그 결과를 단말장치(10)로 송출하여 디스플레이부(3)에 나타내 주는 제4단계로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 홈 뱅킹 단말장치의 운용방법.
  2. 숫자키를 포함하여 각종 기능키를 구비하고 사용자에 의해 선택적으로 조작되어 소정의 키신호를 발생시키는 키입력부(1)와; 소정은행에 대한 전화번호와 더불어 암호화된 상태의 통장 계좌번호 및 비밀번호등이 기억되어진 스마트 카드(20)가 선택적으로 결합되어 CPU(4)와 데이타 통신이 이루어지도록 하는 카드접속구(2)와; 은행의 전화번호와 결재금액등을 포함한 각종 정보를 문자 및 숫자로 표시해 주는 디스플레이부(3)와; 소정프로그램에 의해 시스템의 전반적이 제어기능을 수행하는 CPU(4)와; 시스템운용 프로그램을 포함하여 각종 데이타가 기억되어지는 ROM(5)과; 시스템운용 중 소정의 데이타가 일시저장되는 RAM(60)과; 은행의 호스트 컴퓨터(30)와 연결시켜 주는 라인 인터페이스부(7)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 홈 뱅킹 단말장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 라인 인터페이스부(7)의 출력단에는 상기 CPU(4)로부터 디지탈로 출력되는 신호를 아날로그신호로 변환하여 전화선로를 통해 호스트 컴퓨터로 전송하거나 호스트 컴퓨터로부터 송출되는 아날로그신호를 디지탈 데이타로 변환시켜 CPU(4)로 입력시켜 주는 모뎀(8)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 홈 뱅킹 단말장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 CPU(4)는 암호들을 풀기 위한 키 데이타, 암호와 키를 조합하여 스마트 카드(20)의 암호를 인증하기 위한 운영 소프트웨어를 구비한 하드웨어 시큐리티 디바이스(41)가 내장된 것을 특징으로 하는 홈 뱅킹 단말장치.
