Abstract

본 발명은 아르기닌 영양요구성분인 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium)속의 미생물을 이용한 유가식 발효에 의해 오르니틴을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 아르기닌을 요구량 이상 첨가한 성장 배지에서 상기 미생물을 배양하여 오르니틴의 생산을 유도한 후, 아르기닌과 인산염 농도를 상기 균주의 아르기닌 영양요구성의 상실을 억제시키는 범위내로 조절되도록 생산용 배지를 공급하여 더욱 배양하는 단계를 포함하는, 생산성이 향상된 오르니틴의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 65시간의 발효에서 70g/ℓ이상의 오르니틴을 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 아르기닌 영양요구성분인 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium)속의 미생물을 이용한 유가식 발효에 의해 오르니틴을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 아르기닌을 충분히 첨가한 성장 배지에서 상기 미생물을 배양하여 오르기틴의 생산을 유도한 후, 아르기닌과 인산염 농도를 상기 균주의 아르기닌 영양요구성의 상실을 억제시키는 범위내로 조절되도록 생산용 배지를 공급하여 더욱 배양하는 단계를 포함하는, 생산성이 향상된 오르니틴의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 브레비박테리움 케토글루타미쿰(Brevibacterium ketoglutamicum) 52(KCTC 0141BP)인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성장 배지에서 상기 미생물을 14 내지 24시간 동안 배양하여 오르니틴의 생산을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생산용 배지 공급시 배양액중의 아르기닌 농도를 10 내지 40㎎/ℓ로 유지하도록 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생산용 배지 공급시 배양액중의 인산염 농도를 5 내지 60㎎/ℓ로 유지하도록 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생산용 배지중에서의 배양시간이 40 내지 50시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
