Abstract

본 발명은 프라바스타틴(Pravastatin) 전구체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 토양으로부터 프라바스타틴 전구체의 생산능을 갖는 신균주를 분리하고 이를 호기적 배양하여 고지혈증 치료제로 유용한 프라바스타틴 전구체인 ML-236B의 락톤형, 염형, 산형 및 그의 에스테르 유도체를 고농도로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 프라바스타틴 전구체의 적외선 스펙트럼을 나타낸 것이고, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 프라바스타틴 전구체의13C-NMR 스펙트럼을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 미생물을 배양하여 프라바스타틴 전구체 및 그 유도체를 제조함에 있어서, 상기 미생물로서 신균주 글리오클라디움속(Gliocladium sp.) YJ-9515(기탁번호 : KCTC 0252BP)를 호기적 배양하여서 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 화학식 1의 프라바스타틴 전구체 및 그 유도체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 호기적 배양은 본 배지 배양성분 중의 탄소원으로 락토오즈를 사용하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 신균주 글리오클라디움속(Gliocladium sp.) YJ-9515(기탁번호 : KCTC 0252BP).
