Claims (3)
- 다음의 조성계 Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3에 MnO2를 1㏖%, B2O3를 2wt%까지 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 자기조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 B2O3의 첨가량이 0.25∼0.5wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 자기조성물.
- BaCO3, ZnO, Ta2O5를 기본원료로 하여 Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3가 되도록 칭량한 후, 알코올과 지르코니아볼로 12시간 동안 습식혼합과 분쇄를 행하고, 건조하는 공정과, 혼합물을 1200℃에서 2시간 동안 하소하여 합성한 후, 각각 MnO2를 1.0㏖%, 그리고 소결조제로 B2O3를 0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2wt% 첨가하여 지르코니아볼을 사용하여 다시 12시간 동안 혼합하여 건조하는 공정과, 이 분말을 1ton/㎠의 압력으로 가압하여 두께가 4∼5㎜인 시편을 성형하는 공정과, 성형된 시편을 전기로를 이용하여 1250∼1500℃ 사이의 온도에서 3∼12시간 동안 소결하는 공정의 순서로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 고주파 유전체 자기조성물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
