Claims (6)
- 브레이크 블록이 전기 구동부로서 사용되는 전도기(4)에 의해 브레이크 디스크에 매칭되고, 전동기(4)는브레이크 블록의 이동방향으로 배치된 스핀들을 통해 브레이크 블록에 작용하는, 축방향으로 이동가능하게 지지된 브레이크 피스톤(32)에 연결되도록 구성된, 전기로 작동되는 차량 브레이크용 작동기에 있어서, 상기 스핀들이 스핀들 로더(18) 및 스핀들 너트(20)로 이루어진 유성롤러 나사 스핀들(16)이고, 상기 스핀들 너트(20)는 하우징(24), 및 스핀들 로드(18)와 하우징(20)사이에 롤링가능하게 배치된 롤러(22)로 이루어지며, 한편으로는 스핀들 로드(18)가 미세한 나사(30)를 갖추고 있고 롤러(22)는 대응하는 둘레 프로필(31)을 갖추고 있으며, 다른 한편으로는 스핀들 너트 하우징(24)의 내부면은 링형 돌출부(28)를 갖추고 있고 롤러 (22)의 둘레면은대응하는 링형 홈(26)을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 작동하는 차량 브레이크용 작동기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전동기(4)의 축이 동시에 스핀들 로드(18)로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 작동하는 차량 브레이크용 작동기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 브레이크 피스톤(32)이 비틀림으로부터 보호되고 스핀들 너트와 함께 하나의 유니트를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 작동하는 차량 브레이크용 작동기.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 브레이크 피스톤(32)은 피스핀들 행정을 수용하기 위한 공동부(38)를 갖추고 있고, 상기 공동부(38)의 길이는 브레이크에 대한 재조정 거리로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 작동되는 차량 브레이크용 작동기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전동기(4)가 스핀들 너트(20)에 비틀림없이 결합되고 스핀들 로드(18')가 브레이크 피스톤(32)상에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 작동되는 차량 브레이크용 작동기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전동기(4)의 회전자(8)가 스핀들 로드(18')를 수용할 수 있고 재조정 운동을 가능하게하는 내경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 작동되는 차량 브레이크용 작동기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
