Claims (11)
- 적어도, 투명고분자필름(A), 은박막층(B)로 이루어진 구성 AB의 투명고분자필름쪽을 반사면으로 하는 반사체로서, 390nm 이하의 파장의 광을 제외한, 조사강도 500mW/㎠의 의사태양광을, 반사체온도 100℃에서 300시간 조사후에도 반사율이 90% 이상을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 투명고분자필름(A)의 한쪽면에 금속을 함유한 플라즈마에 의한 표면처리를 행하여 표면처리면으로 하고, 또, 이 표면처리면에 상기 은박막층(B)을 형성해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 금속을 함유한 플라즈마에 의한 표면처리에 의해, 투명고분자필름 처리면에 부착하는 금속원자가, 4×1014원자/㎠∼2×1016원자/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사체.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 금속을 함유한 플라즈마에 의한 표면처리에 있어서, 이 금속이 Ti, V, Cr, Cu, Zn 및 W으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사체.
- 청구범위 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 기재의 반사체의 은박막층(C)쪽을 지지체에 접착제층을 개재해서 적층해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사부재.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 지지체가 금속판 또는 고분자 름인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사부재.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 금속판이 알루미늄판, 놋쇠판, 스테인레스판 및 강철판으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사부재.
- 청구범위 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 기재의 반사체(C)와, 접착제층(D)과, 고분자 름(E)과, 광차폐층(F)이 순서로 적층되어 이루어진 구성 CDEF의 반사부재로서, 상기 반사체(C)의 은박막층 쪽을, 접착제층 쪽으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사부재.
- 청구범위 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 기재의 반사체(C)와, 접착제층(D)과, 금속층(G)과 고분자필름(H)과, 광차폐층(F)으로 이루어진 구성 CDGHF 또는 CDHGF의 반사부재로서, 상기 반사체(C)의 은박막층 쪽을 상기 접착제쪽 층으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사부재.
- 제 1 항 ∼ 제 4 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파장 380∼300nm에 있어서의 광선투과율이 10% 이하인 투명고분자필름(A)을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 반사체.
- 제 5 항 ∼ 제 9 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파장 380∼300nm에 있어서의 광선투과율이 10% 이하인 투명고분자필름(A)을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 반사부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
