Abstract
본 발명은 돼지 액상정액을 이용한 인공수정용 희석제를 제공하며, 이 희석제 조성물은 조성물 1000㎖당 구연산나트륨2수화물 1.0∼5.0g, 탄산수소화나트륨 0.5∼4.0g, 인산칼륨2수화물 0.1∼2.0g, 무수 덱스트로스 20.0∼60.0g, 페니실린 50만-200만I.U.과 스트렙토마이신 0.5∼2.0g, 및 유효량의 카페인을 함유한다. 본 발명의 희석제는 종래의 희석제에 비교하여 분만율, 수태율 및 분만성적등에서 우수하며, 또한 자연종부와 비교하여서도 동등하거나 우수한 인공수정을 행할 수 있게 한다.The present invention provides a diluent for artificial insemination using liquid liquid pigs, the diluent composition is 1.0 to 5.0 g of sodium citrate dihydrate, 0.5 to 4.0 g of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1 to 2.0 g of potassium phosphate dihydrate, Anhydrous dextrose 20.0-60.0 g, penicillin 500,000-2 million IU, streptomycin 0.5-2.0 g, and an effective amount of caffeine are contained.
