종래에는 실 접착제를 스크린 인쇄법으로 기판에 패턴하여 두장의 기판을 서로 접착시켜 왔는데, 실 접착제를 기판에 패턴하는 과정에서 스크린 매쉬가 스퀴지에 의해 일정한 압력을 받아 늘어남으로서, 실 접착제가 균일하게 인쇄되지 않으며, 액정 표시장치의 화소부를 오염시키고, 화소 결함을 발생시켜 표시 품질을 저하시킨다는 문제점이 있었다.Conventionally, two sheets of substrates are bonded together by patterning a seal adhesive on a substrate by screen printing. 이를 해결하기 위하여 이 발명에서는 실 패턴을 형성하기 전에 더미 실 패턴을 먼저 형성하여, 이 더미 실패턴이 스크린 매쉬를 지지할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 따라서, 스크린 매쉬에 가해지는 압력이 분산되어 스크린 매쉬가 늘어나는 것을 방지하므로서 일정한 실 패턴을 형성할 수 있고 또한 실 패턴의 형상의 변형을 방지할 수 있다는 효과와, 스크린 매쉬와 기판이 서로 접촉하는 것을 방지하여 화소부의 오염과 화소 결함이 발생하는 것을 막을 수 있어 표시 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다는 효과를 가져온다.In order to solve this problem, in the present invention, the dummy yarn pattern is first formed before the yarn pattern is formed so that the dummy failure turn can support the screen mesh.
