Abstract

본 발명의, 일반식(1)
로 표현된 치환티오유도체는, 각종 작물의 병원성균류에 대해 넓은 질병스펙트럼을 지니고 있어, 특히, 잿빛곰팡이병, 흰가루병 및 녹병 등의 질병에 대해 제어효과가 우수하며, 또한, 심각한 문제점으로 되고 있는, 종래 살균제에 대한 내성에도 유효하여, 농원예용 살균제에 유용하다.

  1. 일반식(1)
    (식중, Q는 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드원자, 메틸기, 트리플루오르메틸기, 메톡시기, 메틸티오기, 메틸술포닐기, 메틸술폭시기, 시아노기, 아세틸기, 니트로기, 알콕시카르보닐기 또는 아미노기이고 ; R은 직쇄 또는 분기의 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기, 직쇄 또는 분기의 탄소수 1∼12의 할로게노알킬기, 직쇄 또는 분기의 탄소수 2∼10의 알켄일기, 직쇄 또는 분기의 탄소수 2∼10의 할로게노알켄일기, 탄소수 2∼12의 알콕시알킬기, 탄소수 2∼10의 알킬티오알킬기, 탄소수 3∼10의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 3∼10의 할로겐치환시클로알킬기, 탄소수 1∼3의 치환기로 치환할 수 있는 페닐기이고 ; 상기 페닐기의 치환기는 수소원자, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알켄일기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알킬일기, 탄소수 3∼6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알콕시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 할로게노알콕시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬티오기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬술폭시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬술포닐기, 할로겐원자, 시아노기, 탄소수 2∼4의 아실기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알콕시카르보닐기, 아미노기 또는 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기로 치환한 아미노기이고 ; R과 -NHCOAr기는 서로 인접해 있고 ; Ar은 하기(Al)∼(A8)로 표현된 기이며,
    R1은 트리플루오르메틸기, 디플루오로메틸기, 메틸기, 에틸기, 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드원자이고, R2는 수소원자, 메틸기, 트리플루오르메틸기 또는 아미노기이고, n은 0∼2의 정수이다)로 표현된 치환티오펜유도체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식중, Q는 수소원자이고, R은 직쇄 또는 분기의 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기, 직쇄 또는 분기의 탄소수 1∼12의 할로게노알킬기, 또는 탄소수 3∼10의 시클로알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 치환티오펜유도체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, Ar이 (A2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 치환티오펜유도체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R이 분기의 탄소수 3∼12의 알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 치환티오펜유도체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, Q가 수소원자이고, R이 1∼3의 치환기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐기이고 상기 페닐기의 치환기는 수소원자, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알켄일기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알킨일기, 탄소수 3∼6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알콕시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 할로게노알콕시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬티오기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬술폭시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬술포닐기, 할로겐원자, 시아노기, 탄소수 2∼4의 아실기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알콕시카르보닐기, 아미노기 또는 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기로 치환된 아미노기인 것을 특징으로 하는 치환티오펜유도체.

  9. 제8항에 있어서, 식중, Q는 수소원자이고, R은 직쇄 또는 분기의 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기, 직쇄 또는 분기의 탄소수 1∼12의 할로게노알킬기, 또는 탄소수 3∼10의 시클로알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 농원예용살균제.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, Ar이 (A2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 농원예용살균제.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, R이 분기의 탄소수 3∼12의 알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 농원예용살균제.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, Q가 수소원자이고, R이 1∼3의 치환기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐기이고 상기 페닐기의 치환기는 수소원자, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알켄일기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알킨일기, 탄소수 3∼6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알콕시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 할로게노알콕시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬티오기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬술폭시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬술포닐기, 할로겐원자, 시아노기, 탄소수 2∼4의 아실기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알콕시카르보닐기, 아미노기 또는 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기로 치환한 아미노기인 것을 특징으로 하는 농원예용살균제.

  14. 제13항에 있어서, 식중, Q는 수소원자이고, R은 직쇄 또는 분기의 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기, 직쇄 또는 분기의 탄소수 1∼12의 할로게노알킬기, 또는 탄소수 3∼10의 시클로알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 작물질병의 제어방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, Ar이 (A2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 작물질병의 제어방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, R이 분기의 탄소수 3∼12의 알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 작물질병의 제어방법.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, Q가 수소원자이고, R이 1∼3의 치환기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐기이고 상기 페닐기의 치환기는 수소원자, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알켄일기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알킨일기, 탄소수 3∼6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알콕시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 할로게노알콕시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬티오기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬술폭시기, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬술포닐기, 할로겐원자, 시아노기, 탄소수 2∼4의 아실기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알콕시카르보닐기, 아미노기 또는 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기로 치환한 아미노기인 것을 특징으로 하는 작물질병의 제어방법.
