Abstract
본 발명은 상기 볼에 세팅되는 베어링 쉘을 구비한 볼 피벗을 합성 수지로 분할된 사출 성형 몰드에 분사하여 특히 차량을 볼 피벗, 베어링 쉘 및 조인트 하우징으로 이루어지면서 조인트 하우징과 볼 피벗 사이에 배열된 패팅 슈우를 구비하는 볼 이음을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 사출 성형 몰드(6)에 볼 피벗(1)을 삽입하기 전에 상기 패킹 슈우(4)가 그의 하우징측 개구 융기부(41)와 함께 상기 베어링 쉘(2)에 위치되고 및 베어링 쉘(2)과 하우징(3) 사이에 분사하여 고정된다.

제1도는 조인트 하우징의 제조 전에 사출 성형 몰드의 하측 절반부 내에 삽입된 베어링 쉘과 패팅 슈우를 구비한 볼 피벗의 종단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 절단서 Ⅱ-Ⅱ에 따른 삽입된 볼 피벗을 가진 사출 성형 몰드의 횡단면도, 제3도는 완성된 볼 으음(ball-joint)의 종단면도.
Claims (14)
- 상기 볼에 세팅되는 베어링 쉘을 구비한 볼 피벗을 합성 수지로 분리형 사출 성형 몰드에 분사하여 특히 차량을 볼 피벗, 베어링 쉘 및 조인트 하우징으로 이루어지면서 조인트 하우징과 볼 피벗 사이에 배열된 패팅 슈우를 구비하는 볼 이음을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 사출 성형 몰드(6)에 볼 피벗(1)을 삽입하기 전에 상기 패킹 슈우(4)의 하우징측 개구 융기부(41)가 상기 베어링 쉘(2)에 위치하며 상기 패킹 슈우가 베어링 쉘(2)과 하우징(3) 사이의 사출에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패킹 슈우(4)의 피벗측 개구 융기부(42)는 상기 사출 성형 몰드(6) 안에 볼 피벗(1)을 삽입하기 전에 상기 볼 피벗(1)의 나사산 스템(14)에 세팅된 커버 부시(5)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 클램핑 링(43)에 의해 하중을 받는 피벗측의 개구 융기부(42)는 상기 사출 성형 몰드(6)로부터 완성된 볼 이음을 꺼낸 후에 상기 커버 부시(5)에 형성된 원추형 전이 영역(51)에 의해 상기 볼 피벗(1)의 칼라(13)에 형성되 수용 홈(16)안으로 들어가는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 하나에 있어서, 상기 패팅 슈우(4)에 의해 에워싸는 공간이 상기 사출 성형 몰드(6)안으로 상기 볼 피벗(1)을 삽입하기 전에 윤할제-충진제를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 하나에 있어서, 상기 패팅 슈우(4)는 볼 베어링(2)과 사출 성형 몰드(6) 사이에 중공실이 클램핑되므로써 사출 성형 과정에서 상기 중공실(63과 64)을 채우는 합성수지 용융물에 대해 상기 패킹 슈우(4)에 의해 에워싸이는 공간을 밀봉하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 몰드(6)는 상기 패팅 슈우(4)에 의해 상기 중공실(63과 64)을 밀봉하기 위한 지지면(65)을 가지며, 상기 지지면(65)은 그것이 그에 상응하게 형성된 볼 베어링(2)의 연장부(24)와 함께 작용할 때 베어링 쉘을 사출 성형 몰드에서 일정한 위치에 고정시키도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 하나에 있어서, 상기 합성 수지가 저압-사출 성형 방법에 의해, 바람직하게는 가스 내압 방법 또는 두 성분-방법에 의해 포움 성분과 함께 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 하나에 있어서, 합성 수지로서 강화된, 바람직하게는 섬유 강화된 및 유리 섬유 강화된 열가소성 합성 수지가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 적어도 하나에 따른 방법에서의 이용을 위한 베어링 쉘에 있어서, 상기 개구를 에워싸는 베어링 쉘(2)의 가장자리가 상기 패팅 슈우(4)의 하우징측 개구 융기부(41)의 내측 가장자리를 위한 링 형상 베어링 면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 쉘.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접촉면(25)이 외부를 향해 경사지게 뻗어 있는 동시에 상기 볼 피벗(1)의 선회 영역을 위한 정지부를 형성하는 베어링 쉘(2)의 연장부(24)에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 쉘.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 사출 성형 몰드(6) 및 상기 조인트 하우징(3)에서 상기 베어링 쉘(2)의 위치 고정을 위해 상기 베어링 쉘(2)의 외측에 피벗 형상으로 성형된 돌출부(21)가 상기 개구의 맞은편에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 쉘.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 하나에 있어서, 상기 베어링 쉘의 외측에 형성된 융기부(22,23) 및/ 또는 홈이 사출 시에 베어링 쉘을 단단하게 하고 상기 조인트 하우징(3)에 대해 상기 베어링 쉘(2)을 위치 고정시키는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 쉘.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 융기부(22) 및 또는 홈이 리브 형상으로 적어도 하나의 경도 위에 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 쉘.
