Abstract
입력 음성 신호에 대해서 낮은 전송률과 짧은 시간 지연을 보장하는 음성 부호화 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 음성부호화장치는 초기피치 추정시 룩-어헤드 피치 추정과정을 제거함에 의해 분석시의 지연 시간을 2 프레임 시간만큼 단축할 수 있으며 또한 그만큼 계산량도 감축할 수가 있게 된다.Disclosed is a speech encoding apparatus that guarantees a low data rate and a short time delay for an input speech signal. The speech coding apparatus according to the present invention can reduce the delay time for analysis by 2 frame time by eliminating the look-ahead pitch estimation process during the initial pitch estimation, and also reduce the amount of computation.
