Claims (2)
- 모터필드코일과 모터아마츄어를 포함하고 밧데리로부터 공급된 밧데리전원에 의해 구동되는 직류모터와, 상기 밧데리로부터 상기 직류모터에 공급되는 전류량을 조절하는 쵸퍼 트랜지스터에 있어서; 상기 직류모터의 후단에 흐르는 전류량을 검출하여 이 전류값을 증폭하는 전류증폭수단; 외부에서 입력된 기준전류값과 상기 전류증폭수단에 의해 제공된 현재전류값을 비교하여 전류의 증간에 따라 온-오프제어신호를 출력하는 온-오프 제어수단; 및 상기 온-오프 제어수단으로부터 공급되는 온-오프제어신호에 따라 자체 발생된 소정주파수의 펄스파형의 듀티값이 조절되어 상기 쵸퍼트랜지스터의 온-오프타임을 제어하는 마이크로 컴퓨터를 구비하는 직류모터의 전류제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 컴퓨터는, 인터럽트 카운터가 초기상태인가를 판단하여 초기상태로 세팅한 후, 마이크로 컴퓨터의 출력펄스제한값을 설정하는 단계; 인터럽트 카운터가 초기상태가 아니면, 마이크로 컴퓨터의 출력펄스의 듀티값이 0인가를 판단하여 0이 아닌 경우 인터럽트 카운터와 마이크로 컴퓨터의 출력펄스제한값을 비교하여 쵸퍼 트랜지스터의 온-오프상태를 제어하는단계; 및 상기 단계에서 마이크로 컴퓨터의 출력펄스의 듀티값이 0인 경우 전류궤한신호와 전류명령치를 비교하여 초퍼 트랜지스터의 온-오프상태를 제어하는 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류모터의 전류 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
