본 발명에 따른 구조화된 복합안료물질의 제조방법은 입자들이 표면전하를 갖는 pH값에서 비코팅된 티타늄 디옥사이드 입자들의 분산물을 형성시키는 공정과, 분산물이 50중량% 이상의 티타늄 디옥사이드를 함유할때까지 상기 분산물이 교차-흐름(CROSS-FLOW)여과공정을 거치도록 하는 공정을 포함한다. 농축된 분산물은 미립자 물질중 어느쪽도 표면전하의 부호가 역전되지 않도록 하는 조건하에서, 표면전하가 반대 부호를 갖는 화학적으로 다른 입자들의 분산물과 혼합되어진다. 상기 결과로 얻어진 복합안료물질에 있어서, 티타늄 디옥사이드 입자들은 상기 표면전하의 결과로서 화학적으로 다른 입자들과 서로 끌어당겨져 결합되어 있다.The process for preparing a structured composite pigment material according to the present invention comprises the steps of forming a dispersion of uncoated titanium dioxide particles at a pH value at which the particles have a surface charge and, when the dispersion contains at least 50% by weight of titanium dioxide And allowing the dispersion to undergo a cross-flow filtration process.
