Abstract

본 발명은 가스보일러 등의 가정용 가스연소기용 버너로 사용되는 버너의 연소표면재질을, 세라믹이나 스테인리스 또는 다공성의 금속섬유직조 조직의 다공체판을 사용한 예혼합방식의 가정용 가스버너에 관한 것으로써, 가스버너의 본체 상면에는 세라믹이나 스테인리스 또는 금속섬유직조 조직인 다공체판을 설치하여 다공체판의 표면상에 주화염이 형성되도록 하고, 제1차 혼합실내에 경사판(4)를 설치하여 연료공급루(1)을 통하여 공급되는 연료 가스와 공기구(2)를 통하여 공급되는 연소용 공기가 제1차 혼합실(3) 내부에서 일정한 비율로 잘 혼합된 후 경사판(4)과 1차 혼합실(3)의 상부공간을 통과하여 벤츄리관(7) 외부의 측면 공간(5)을 활용하여 유체의 흐름에 변화를 주어 혼합성능을 향상시키고, 이 혼합가스가 벤츄리관 하부의 안정실(6)로 유입된 후 벤츄리관(7)을 통과하여 버너표면(9)의 직하부에 기공율 5~9%의 다공판(8)을 거친 후 예혼합가스가 안정되고 균일하게 치우침없이 분출속도분포가 일정하게 유지되며 버너의 연소표면(9)에 공급되고, 가스버너의 연소표면재질을 금속섬유직조 조직인 다공체판을 사용하는 경우 다공판(8)과 버너연소표면(9) 사이에 탄성이 강한 용수철(10)을 설치하여 금속섬유직조 조직인 다공체판이 아래로 쳐지지 않음과 동시에 연소시켜 역화현상이 일어나기 어려운 구조로 구성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.The present invention relates to a pre-mixed domestic gas burner using a porous surface plate of a burner used as a burner for a domestic gas burner such as a gas boiler using ceramic, stainless steel, or porous metal fiber woven structure.
