Abstract

본 발명은 코크스로에 장입된 석탄(C)을 효율적으로 건조시켜서 수분함유율이 적은 건조탄을 얻을 수 있음과 동시에, 이 건조탕 중 미세분말성분을 확실하게 분급해서 제거하여 그 잔류율을 1% 이하로까지 저감할 수 있는 유동층을 이용한 석탄의 건조분급장치에 관한 것으로써, 본 발명은 분산판(2)에 배설된 노즐(21)로부터 석탄(C)의 이송방향으로 분산판(2)에 대해 상부방향으로 경사지게 기체를 분출시키고, 석탄(C)을 유동시키면서 이송하는 유동층(3)을 구비하고, 이 유동층(3)은 석탄(C) 이송방향을 향해서 제1유동층부(8)의 제2유동층부(9)가 연속적으로 구성되어 있다. 이 제2유동층부(9)에 있어서의 기체의 분출속도가 제1유동층부(8)에 있어서의 기체의 분출속도보다 크며, 또 60~80m/sec의 범위내로 설정되어 있다. 또, 유동층(3)의 배출부(6)에는 세로형 충전층(24)이 형성되어 있다.

유동층을 이용한 석탄의 건조분급장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예를 도시한 전체구성도이다.
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 실시예의 분산판(2)의 확대 단면도이다.
제9도는 본 발명의 또다른 실시예를 도시한 구성도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 분산판에 배설된 노즐로부터 분출되는 기체에 의해 석탄을 유동시키면서 이송하는 유동층을 구비하고, 상기 노즐로부터 분출되는 기체의 분출방향이 석탄의 이송방향을 향하고, 또한 상기 분산판에 대해 상부쪽으로 경사지게 설정함과 동시에, 상기 기체의 분출속도가 60~80m/sec의 범위내로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층을 이용한 석탄의 건조분급장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동층에 있어서의 공탑속도가 3.5~4.5m/sec의 범위로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층을 이용한 석탄의 건조분급장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기체의 분출방향의 상기 분산판에 대한 경사각이 30° 이하로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층을 이용한 석탄의 건조분급장치.
  4. 분산판에 배설된 노즐로부터 분출되는 기체에 의해 석탄을 유동시키면서 이송하는 유동층을 구비하고, 상기 노즐로부터 분출되는 기체의 분출방향이 석탄의 이송방향을 향하고, 또한 상기 분산판에 대해 상부쪽으로 경사지게 설정되는 한편, 상기 유동층은 상기 석탄의 이송방향을 향해 제1유동층부와 제2유동층부를 연속적으로 구성되고, 상기 제2유동층에 있어서의 상기 기체의 분출속도가 상기 제1유동층에 있어서의 상기 기체의 분출속도가 상기 제1유동층에 있어서의 상기 기체의 분출속도보다 크게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층을 이용한 석탄의 건조분급장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2유동층부에 있어서의 상기 기체의 분출속도가 60~80m/sec의 범위내로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층을 이용한 석탄의 건조분급장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유동층에 있어서의 석탄의 배출부에는 배출된 석탄에 의해 형성된 충전층에 기체를 분출하는 세로형 충전층부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층을 이용한 석탄의 건조분급장치.
