Abstract

재료가 프레이키일지라도 일정한 압력하에서 관련된 호퍼본체내에서 재료를 밀므로서 안정한 베이스상태로 성형 재료를 성형기에 공급할 수 있는 신규의 공급 장치를 제공한다.
본 발명에 따라서, 성형기의 재료공급장치는 필요한 높이를 가지고 가소화 스크류(2)가 제공된 가열 실린더(1)의 후단부의 공급채널(4)에 연결되는 호퍼본체(5) 아래에 배치된 공급배럴(6)과, 상기 공급배럴(6)보다 적은 직경을 가지고 상기 호퍼본체(5)내에 배치된 평평한 전단부를 가지고 수직으로 이동가능하며, 상기 공급 채널(4)을 통해서 가열 실린더로 공급배럴(6)내의 성형 재료를 강하게 밀기 위해서 압력장치(10)의 피스톤(11)에 연결되어 있는 플런저 부재(9)를 포함한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 필요한 높이를 가지고 가소화 스크류가 제공된 가열실린더의 후단부의 공급채널에 연결하는 호퍼본체아래에 배치된 공급배럴과, 상기 공급배럴보다 적은 직경을 가지고 상기 호퍼본체내에 배치된 평평한 전단부를 가지고 수직으로 이동가능하며, 상기 공급 채널을 통해서 가열 실린더로 공급배럴내의 성형 재료를 강하게 밀기 위해서 압력장치의 피스톤에 연결되어 있는 플런저 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기의 재료공급장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플런저 부재의 직경은 상기 공급채널의 내경과 동일하게 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기의 재료공급장치.
