Abstract
본 발명은 β-글루코시다제 비보유 비피도박테리움에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 다양한 근원의 비피도박테리움(Bifidobacterium)으로부터 β-글루코시다제의 효소활성을 조사하고, 이로부터 선별한 신규한 β-글루코시다제 비보유 비피도박테리움 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 β-글루코시다제 비보유 비피도박테리움은 종래의 비피도박테리움을 대체히여 보다 안전성이 있으면서도 이들 균주들과 유산균 발효균주로서의 기능이 동등하므로, 발효음료, 비피더스 첨가식품, 의약품, 건강보조식품 및 사료 등의 제조에 종래의 β-글루코시다제 보유 비피도박테리움을 대체하여 유효성분으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.The present invention relates to a non-β-glucosidase-containing Bifidobacterium.
