Claims (13)
- (A) 하나 이상의 알칸 폴리글리시딜 에테르, (B) 하나 이상의 커플링제 및 (C) 하나 이상의 접착성 막형성제를 포함하는 사이징 조성물로 코팅된 유리 트레드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칸 폴리글리시딘 에테르가 다음 일반식에 상응함을 특징으로 하는 유리 트레드.C(R1)(R2)(R3)(R4)상기 식에서, R1은 그룹 -X 및 R′1X-중에서 선택되고, R2는 그룹 -X 및 -R′2X 중에서 선택되고, R3은 그룹 -H, -R′3, -R′3X 및 -X 중에서 선택되고, R4는 그룹 -H 및 -R′4중에서 선택되며, X는 구조식의 글리시딜 에테르 그룹이고, R′1, R′2, R′3및 R′4는 알킬그룹이다.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 커플링제가 오르가노실란임을 특징으로 하는 유리 트레드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착성막형성제가 에폭시 중합체, 폴리우레탄, 에폭시/폴리우레탄 공중합체, 또는 차단된 이소시아네이트 함유 폴리이소시아네이트임을 특징으로 하는 유리 트레드.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사이징 조성물이 또한 (D) 하나 이상의 윤활제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리 트레드.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사이징 조성물이 또한 (E) 하나 이상의 계면활성제 및/또는 한개의 습윤제 및/또는 한개의 대전방지제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리 트레드.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사이징 조성물이 수성 분산액의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 유리 트레드.
- 제7항에 있어서, 알칸 폴리글리시딜 에테르(들)의 함량이 조성물의 0.1 내지 6중량%임을 특징으로 하는 유리 트레드.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 접착성 막형성제(들)의 함량이 조성물의 0.2 내지 8중량%임을 특징으로 하는 유리 트레드.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 고형분이 조성물의 1 내지 15중량%임을 특징으로 하는 유리 트레드.
- 제1항 내지 제10중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이의 연소 손실이 0.1 내지 2중량%임을 특징으로 하는 유리 트레드.
- 하나 이상의 열가소성 폴리에스테르 및 사이징된 유리 트레드를 포함하며, 트레드의 적어도 일부가 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 유리 트레드인 복합체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리에스테르가 하나 이상의 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및/또는 하나 이상의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및/또는 하나 이상의 부틸렌 테레프탈레이트/에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 공중합체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
