Abstract

간단한 구조로서 디스크 카트리지를 원할하게 삽입 및 취출할 수 있도록 개량된 디스크 카트리지 수납장치에 대해 개시한다. 디스크 카트리지(10)가 삽입되는 홀더(120)의 외측에 홀더오픈부재(160)가 베이스(100)에 회전가능하게 설치되고, 이 홀더오픈부재(160)의 외측에 커버부재(170)가 마련된다. 홀더오픈부재(160)에는 디스크 카트리지의 유동을 방지하기 위한 판스프링(161)과 홀더(120)의 삽입구에 커버부재(170)의 간섭을 방지하기 위한 탄성편(162)이 형성된다.

제4도는 본 발명에 따른 디스크 카트리지 수납장치를 나타낸 개략 분리 사시도, 제5도는 제4도에 도시된 카트리지 수납장치를 오픈하여 나타낸 개략 측면도, 제6도는 제5도에 도시된 수납장치의 닫힌 상태를 나타낸 개략 측면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 기록/재생요소들이 설치되는 베이스와, 디스크 카트리지가 수납되며 베이스에 회전가능하게 결합되는 홀더와, 베이스에 회전가능하게 설치되어 홀더를 개폐시키는 홀더오픈부재를 구비하는 디스크 카트리지 수납 장치에 있어서, 상기 홀더 오픈부재에 상기 디스크 카트리지를 기록/재생할때에 디스크 카트리지의 유동을 방지하기 위한 유동방지 수단이 구비되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 수납장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동방지수단은; 상기 홀더오픈부재는 상기 홀더의 양측면과 상면을 커버하도록 “ㄷ”형 단면을 가지며, 상기 홀더오픈부재의 하면에 상기 디스크 카트리지의 상면과 탄력적으로 접촉하는 판스프링을 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 수납장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판스프링은 상기 홀더오픈부재를 랜싱가공으로 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 수납장치.
  4. 기록/재생요소들이 설치되는 베이스와, 디스크 카트리지가 수납되며 베이스에 회전가능하게 결합되는 홀더와, 베이스에 회전가능하게 설치되어서 홀더를 개폐시키는 홀더오픈부재와, 이 홀더오픈부재와 결합되며 홀더를 최외곽에서 보호하는 커버부재를 구비하는 디스크 카트리지 수납장치에 있어서, 상기 홀더오픈부재에, 상기 디스크 카트리지를 기록/재생할때 디스크 카트리지의 유동을 방지하기 위한 유동방지수단과, 디스크 카트리지의 수납시 상기 커버부재와 상기 홀더의 디스크 카트리지 삽입구와의 간섭을 방지하기 위한 간섭방지수단을 함께 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 수납장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유동방지수단은; 상기 홀더오픈부재는 상기 홀더의 양측면과 상면을 커버하도록“ㄷ”형 단면을 가지며, 상기 홀더오픈부재의 하면에 상기 디스크 카트리지의 상면과 탄력적으로 접촉하는 판스프링을 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 수납장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 간섭방지수단은, 상기 홀더오픈부재에 상기 홀더의 상면과 탄력적으로 접촉하는 탄성편을 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 수납장치.
