Abstract

본 발명은 광디스크플레이어의 트레이이송장치에 관한 것으로, 트레이의 후단 상면의 동일 중심선상에서 상하 관통되게형성되며 소정의 길이를 갖는 좌우 한쌍의 안내장공과, 플레이어본체 내부의 트레이수납부 후방에 해당되는 베이스플레이트 상면에 브라켓에 의해 회동가능하게 설치되고 일측 끝이 이송모터와 결합되어 그 이송모터의 회동방향에 따라 정역구동되며, 중심선을 기준으로 하여 좌우 양측 외주연에 서로 방향이 반대인 나사부가 형성된 리드스크류와, 상기 트레이상의 각 안내장공에 선단이 끼워져 결합되고, 후단은 상기 리드스크류의 좌우 나사부에 끼워져 결합된 상태에서 동력인가시선단과 후단이 각각 상기 안내장공과 리드스크류의 중심쪽으로 모아지거나 멀어지면서 트레이를 플레이어본체에 대하여전방 또는 후방으로 직선이동시켜주는 트레이이송출수단과, 상기 트레이의 양측면과 이에 대응되는 트레이수납부의 양측벽 내면에 설치되어 트레이의 전후송출동작이 보다 안정적으로 이루어지도록 하는 가이드 수단으로 구성하므로써, 프론트로딩방식의 광디스크플레이어에서 트레이의 전후방향 이송동작이 좌우방향으로의 흔들림 없이 보다 안정적으로 이루어질수 있도록 하고, 외부로 부터 측방향 충격이 가해지는 경우에 트레이상의 랙기어가 이송피니언과 치합된 상태로 부터 이탈되지 않도록 하므로써 동작의 안정성과 제품에 대한 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 광디스크플레이어의 트레이이송장치를 나타내는 분리 사시도, 제3도는 본 발명에서 트레이가 플레이어본체 내부에 수납된 상태를 나타내는 평면도, 제4도는 본 발명의 작용에 의하여 트레이가 플레이어본체의 전방으로 이송되는 상태를 나타내는 평면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 트레이(41)의 후단 상면의 동일중심선상에서 상하 관통되게 형성되며 소정의 길이를 갖는 좌우 한쌍의 안내장공(42)과; 플레이어본체(43) 내부의 트레이수납부(44) 후방에 해당되는 베이스플레이트(45) 상면에 브라켓(46)에 의해 회동가능하게 설치되고 일측 끝이 이송모터(47)의 축기어(48)와 치합되어 그 이송모터(47)의 회동방향에 따라 정역구동되며, 중심선을 기준으로 하여 좌우 양측 외주연에 서로 방향이 반대인 나사부(49)가 형성된 리드스크류(50)와; 상기트레이(41)상의 각 안내장공(42)에 선단이 끼워져 결합되고, 후단은 상기 리드스크류(50)의 좌우 나사부(49)에 끼워져 결합된 상태에서 동력인가시 선단과 후단이 각각 상기 안내장공(42)과 리드스크류(50)의 중심쪽으로 모아지거나 멀어지면서트레이(41)를 플레이어본체(43)에 대하여 전방 또는 후방으로 직선이동시켜주는 트레이이송출수단(51)과; 상기 트레이(41)의 양측면과 이에 대응되는 트레이수납부(44)의 양측벽내면에 설치되어 트레이(41)의 전후송출동작이 보다 안정적으로 이루어지도록 하는 가이드수단(52)으로 이루어진 것을 즉징으로 하는 광디스크플레이어의 트레이이송장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트레이송출수단(51)은 상기 리드스크류(50)의 좌우양측에 끼워져 나사결합된 상태에서 그 리드스크류(50)의 제자리 회동방향에 따라 동시에 중심쪽으로 모아지거나 중심으로 부터 멀어지는 원통나사(54)와,양쪽 후단이 상기 원통나사(54)의 외주연에 힌지결합되고, 양쪽 선단에는 중심에 관통공(55)이 형성된 상하 결합편(56)이일체로 절곡형성되며, 상기 원통나사(54)의 좌우이송동작에 따라 전후방향으로 펼쳐졌다 접혀졌다 하는 다단교차링크(57)와, 상기 트레이(41)상의 각 안내장공(42)에 끼워진 상태에서 상단과 하단이 상기 다단교차링크(57)상의 결합편(56)에 끼워져 그 다단교차링크(57)의 펼침 및 접힘동작에 따라 트레이(41)를 밀어주거나 당겨주는 이송안내 롤러(58)로 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크플레이어의 트레이이송장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드수단(52)는 트레이(41)의 전후단 모서리부에 스크류(60)에 의해 고정되고, 외측단 내측으로는 상기 가이드봉(59)의 양단이 끼워지는 가이드봉삽입보스(61)가 일체로 형성된 가이드봉장착브라켓(62)과, 상기 트레이수납부(44)의 양측 내면 소정위치로부터 돌설되어 상기 트레이(41)의 양측면에 고정설치된 가이드봉(59)이끼워진 상태에서 전후 이송되도록 안내하는 가이드봉안내보스(63)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크플레이어의 트레이이송장치.
