Abstract
본 발명은 반도체 방사능 탐지소자를 사용하여 오랜시간 사용시에도 효율이 저하되지 않게 함과 아울러 소형화하고, 넓은 탐지범위를 가질 수 있게 한 반도체 탐지소자를 이용한 휴대용 반사능 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 종래의 방사능 측정장치에 있어서는 장시간 사용시 효율이 저하되고, 탐지기를 교체하여야 하며, 탐지센서가 기체로 이루어져 방사능의 탐지 효율이 매우 낮았다. 이러한 점을 감안하여, 방사선을 탐지하여 전기적인 신호를 발생하는 반도체 방사능 탐지소자와, 그 탐지소자의 출력신호를 증폭하여 구형파 신호로 변환처리하는 아날로그 회로부와, 그 아날로그 회로부의 출력신호를 계수한 후 선량 및 선율의 디지탈 신호로 처리하는 디지탈 회로부와, 그 디지탈 회로부의 출력결과를 표시하는 액정 표시부로 구성함으로써 사용수명이 반영구적으로 되어 신뢰성이 향상되고, 휴대 및 운용이 용이함과 아울러 방사능의 탐지효율이 향상되고, 넓은 탐지범위를 가질 수 있게 한다.The present invention relates to a portable reflectivity measuring device using a semiconductor detection device that can be miniaturized and have a wide detection range while preventing the efficiency from being degraded even when used for a long time by using the semiconductor radiation detection device.
