Abstract

본 발명은 용융 폴리아미드를 방사 노출로부터 압출한 후 급냉각시키고 다음에 연신 처리하여 폴리아미드 모노필라멘트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 급냉을 용융 폴리아미드를 방사 노즐로 압출하고나서 0.5∼2.0초 후에 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명 방법에 의해 얻어진 폴리아미드 모노필라멘트는 투명성을 유지하고 모노필라멘트의 직경이 클수록 진원형성에 불리한 기존의 방법을 크게 개선한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 용융폴리아미드를 방사 노즐로부터 압출한 후 급냉시키고 연신처리하여 폴리아미드 모노필라멘트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서 상기 급냉 용융폴리아미드를 방사 노즐로부터 압출하고 0.5∼2.0초 후에 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 모노필라멘트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용융폴리아미드가 폴리아미드 6/66 공중합체 50∼100중량부와 첨가제 벤토나이트(Bentonite) 0.01∼5중량부의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 모노필라멘트의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 모노필라멘트의 직경이 0.5∼3.0㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 모노필라멘트의 제조방법.
