본 발명은 퇴비로 부터 분리한 말토테트라오즈 생산 아밀라제 효소를 생산하는 새로운 균주인 스트렙토마이세스 속(Streptomyces sp.KSM35)MFCC-10846을 분리하고 전분류를 주원료로 하는 배지에서 호기적으로 배양하여 말토테트라오즈 생산 아밀라제 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로 특히, 본 발명의 균주는 액화시킨 전분에 일정한 조건에서 작용하여 말토테트라오즈를 주생산물로 생산하며 그외 말토트리오즈 및 말토즈를 생산하며, 탄소원으로 다른 G4-아밀라제 생산 미생물이 용성전분을 주로 이용하는 것에 비해 용성전분 뿐만 아니라 가격이 저렴하고 구입이 용이한 양성전분 및 산화전분을 이용할수 있으며 이들을 주탄소원으로 이용할 때 효소역가가 크게 증가하는 특성이 있어 공업화에 매우 유용한 방법이다.The present invention isolates a novel strain Streptomyces sp.KSM35 MFCC-10846, which produces maltotetraose-producing amylase enzyme isolated from compost, and cultures aerobically in a medium containing starch as a main ingredient.
