Claims (15)
- 비표면적이 40 내지 100m2/g, 바람직하게는 50 내지 90m2/g, 가장 바람직하게는 65 내지 90m2/g이고, 조성물의 중량에 대해 구리 프탈로시아닌, 인단트론 또는 카르바졸 디옥사진 화합물인 플롭 중진제가 0.1 내지 10중량% 바람직하게는 2 내지 6중량%, 가장 바람직하게는 3 내지 5중량%인 소립자 안료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플롭 증진제는 치환되지 않은 구리 프탈로시아닌이거나, 또는 할로겐, -SO3M, -S02-NR1R2, C1-C10알킬 및 -X-NR1R2(여기서, M은 수소, 암모늄 또는 금속이고, R1및 R2는 독립적으로 수소, C1-C10알킬 또는 -X-NR1R2이며, X는 C1-C10알킬렌임)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체로 페닐 고리가 치환된 구리 프탈로시아닌인 것인 안료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플롭 증진제는 치환되지 않은 인단트론이거나, 또는 할로겐, -S03M, -S02-NR1R2, C1-C10알킬 및 -X-NR1R2(여기서, M은 수소, 암모늄 또는 금속이고, R1및 R2는 독립적으로 수소, C1-C10알킬 또는 -X-NR1R2이며, X는 C1-C10알킬렌임)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체로 페닐 고리가 치환된 인단트론인 것인 안료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플롭 중진제는 치환되지 않은 카르바졸 디윽사진이거나, 또는 할로겐, -SO3M, -SO2-NR1R2, C1-C10알킬 및 -X-NR1R2(여기서, M은 수소, 암모늄 또는 금속이고, R1및 R2는 독립적으로 수소, C1-C10알킬 또는 -X-NR1R2이며, X는 C1-C10알킬렌임)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체로 페닐 고리가 치환된 카르바졸 디옥사진 화합물인 것인 안료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플롭 중진제는 페닐 고리가 치환되지 않거나 -S03M, -S02M, -CH2N(CH3), 또는 -SO2-NHCH2CH2CH2N(CH3)2로 치환된 구리 프탈로시아닌, 인단트론 또는 카르바졸 디옥사진 화합물인 것인 안료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소립자 안료는 1,4-디케토-2,5-디히드로-3,6-디아릴-피롤로피롤, 퀴나크리돈, 퀴나크리돈퀴논 또는 고형 용액 안료인 것인 안료 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 소립자 안료는 β-퀴나크리돈, 2,9-디클로로퀴나크리돈, 2,9-디메틸퀴나크리돈, 6-디(4-클로로-페닐)-1,4-디케토-2,5-디히드로-피롤로(3,4-c)피롤,3,6-디(비페닐-1-일)-1,4-디케토-2,5-디히드로-피롤로(3,4-c)피롤,2,9-디클로로퀴나크리돈/1,4-디케토-2,5-디히드로-3,6-디(4-클로로-페닐)-피롤로(3,4-c)피롤 고형 용액 또는 2,9-디클로로퀴나크리돈 안료/1,4-디케토-2,5-디히드로-3,6-디페닐-피롤로-(3,4-c)피롤/1,4-디케토-2,5-디히드로-3,6-디(4-클로로-페닐)-피롤로(3,4-c)피롤 고형 용액으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 플롭 증진제는 페닐 고리가 치환되지 않거나 -S03H, -S03M, -CH2N(CH3)2, 또는 -S02-NHCH2CH2CH2N(CH3)2,로 치환된 구리 프탈로시아닌, 인단트론 또는 카르바졸 디옥사진 화합물인 것인 안료 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 소립자 안료는 퀴나크리돈 및 1,4-디케토-2,5-디히드로-3,6-디아릴-피롤로[3,4-c]피롤, 바람직하게는 2,9-디클로로퀴나크리돈 안료/1,4-디케토-2,5-디히드로-3,6-디(4-클로로-페닐)-피롤로[3,4-c]피롤 고형 용액으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 고형 용액 안료이며, 플립 증진제는 구리 프탈로실아닌 모노술폰산인 것인 안료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물 중의 소립자 안료의 양은 80 내지 99.9중량%, 바람직하게는 88 내지 96중량%, 가장 바람직하게는 90 내지 94중량%인 것인 안료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 레올로지 개선제를 이루어진 것인 안료 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 레율로지 개선재의 양은 최대 10%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 6%, 가장 바람직하게는 3 내지 5%인 것인 안료 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 레을로지 개선제는 피라졸일메틸퀴나크리돈, 알루미늄 퀴나크리돈 모노슬페이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것인 안료 조성물.
- 피복 조성물의 중량에 대해 제1항 기재의 안료 조성물을 0.01 내지 30중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 10중량% 함유하는 피복 조성물.
- 중합체 피막의 플롭을 증진시킴에 있어서, 구리 프탈로시아닌, 인단트론 또는 카르바졸 디옥사진 화합물인 플롭 중진제를 중합체 피막에 배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 피막의 플롭을 증진시키는 방법.
- 고분자량 유기 물질 기재(基材)의 피막을 전체적으로 착색하기 위한 제1항 기재의 안료 조성물의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
