Abstract
본 발명은 - 수성 분산액내 블럭된 디-이소시아네이트로 폴리에스테르 기판을 처리시키는 단계, 또는 순차적으로 또는 동시에 수성 분산액/유액내 에폭시 수지 및 블럭된 디-이소시아네이트로 상기 기판을 처리시키는 단계, - 상기 처리시킨 기판에 열가소성 탄성중합체 배합물을 도포시키고 열 및 압력을 가하여 상기 기판의 표면에 상기 열가소성 탄성중합체 배합물을 점착시키는 단계로 구성되고, 폴리에스테르 기판에 (a) 하나 이상의 열가소성 폴리올레핀, (b) 하나 이상의 경화되지 않은, 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 경화된 탄성중합체 또는 이들의 배합물 (c) 관능화된 폴리올레핀 및 (d) 임의의 첨가제로 구성되는 열가소성 탄성중합체 배합물을 점착시키는 방법에 관한다. 본 발명은 또 상기 방법으로 얻을 수 있는 조형제품에 관한다.

Claims (14)
- - 수성 분산액내 블럭된 디-이소시아네이트로 폴리에스테르 기판을 처리시키는 단계, 또는 순차적으로 또는 동시에 수성 분산액/유액내 에폭시 수지 및 블럭된 디-이소시아네이트로 상기 기판을 처리시키는 단계, - 상기 처리시킨 기판에 열가소성 탄성중합체 배합물을 도포시키고 열 및 압력을 가하여 상기 기판의 표면에 상기 열가소성 탄성중합체 배합물을 점착시키는 단계로 구성되며, 폴리에스테르 기판에 (a) 하나 이상의 열가소성 폴리올레핀, (b) 하나 이상의 경화되지 않은, 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 경화된 탄성중합체 또는 이들의 배합물 (c) 관능화된 폴리올레핀 및 (d) 임의의 첨가제로 구성되는 열가소성 탄성중합체 배합물을 점착시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a), (b) 및 임의로 (d)의 배합물을 도포하기 전에 폴리에스테르 기판에 관능화된 폴리올레핀 (c)를 도포하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 탄성중합체 배합물이 폴리올레핀(a)+탄성 중합체(b)+관능화된 폴리올레핀(c)+첨가제 (d)의 총량을 기준으로하여 (a)+(b)+(c)의 양이 35중량% 이상일 것을 조건으로 -약 10~87중량%의 하나 이상의 열가소성 폴리올레핀(a), - 약 10~70중량%의 하나 이상의 탄성중합체(b), - 약 3-80중량%의 관능화된 폴리올레핀(c), 및 - 약 65중량% 이하의 첨가제(d)로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 탄성중합체 배합물이 - C2-7모노올레핀 단량체의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 또는 이들의 (메트) 아크릴레이트 및/또는 비닐아세테이트와의 공중합체에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 열가소성 폴리올레핀, 및 -EPDM 고무, EPM 고무, 부틸고무, 할로겐화된 부틸고무, 이소모노올레핀 및 파라- 알킬스티렌의 공중합체 또는 이의 할로겐화된 유도체, 천연 또는 합성고무, 폴리이소프렌 폴리부타디엔 고무, 스티렌-부티디엔-공중합체 고무, 니트릴 고무, 폴리클로로프렌 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 탄성중합체로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관능화된 폴리올레핀이 C3~C20을 함유하는 불포화된 카복실산, C4~C10을 함유하는 디카복실산 또는 이들의 유도체 또는 존재할 경우 이들의 무수물, C6이상을 함유하는 불포화된 카복실산의 에폭시그룹-함유-에스테르, C5이상을 함유하는 불포화된 카복실산의 하이드록시 그룹 함유-에스테르, 옥사졸린, 폴리아민으로 추가로 관능화된 불포화된 상기의 카복실산 또는 불포화된 디카복실산 단량체, 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택된 단량체가 그래프트된 C2~C7모노올레핀 단량체의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 또는 이들의 (메트) 아크릴레이트 및/또는 비닐 아세테이트와의 공중합체에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그래프트 단량체의 함량이 관능화된 폴리올레핀(c)의 양을 기준으로하여 약 0.3~10중량%인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 탄성중합체 배합물내 관능화된 폴리올레핀(c)의 양이 열가소성 탄성중합체 배합물의 양을 기준으로하여 약 5~75중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판이 임의로 에폭시-활성화된 폴리에스테르에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블럭된 디-이소시아네이트가 카프로락탐 블럭된 메틸렌-비스-(4-페닐이소시아네이트 또는 4,4'-메틸렌-비스-(페닐카바닐레이트)에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 기판상의 블럭된 디-이소시아네이트 또는 블럭된 디-이소시아네이트 및 에폭시 수지의 양이 기판표면 1m2당 약 5~500g인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 글리세롤-폴리-글리시딜에테르 또는 비스 페놀 A 및 에피클로로하이드린의 반응 생성물에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 탄성중합체 배합물을 약 170~280℃의 온도 및 약 001MPa(1bar)~20MPa(200bar)의 압력에서 기판의 서리된 표면에 점착시키는 방법.
- 기판, 및 상기 기판의 표면 또는 표면의 일부에 점착하는 열가소성 탄성중합체로 구성되고, 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 얻을 수 있는 조형제품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 기판이 폴리에스테르 섬유, 폴리에스테르 코드 및 폴리에스테르 직물에서 선택되는 조형제품.※ 참고사항 :최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
