Abstract
본 발명은 선회제동시에 전후 좌우륜의 제동력을 각각 제어하여 차량의 방향안정성을 향상시키도록 하는 프로포셔닝 밸브를 이용한 제동력 제어장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a braking force control device using a proportioning valve to control the braking force of the front, rear, left and right wheels during turning braking to improve directional stability of the vehicle.
본 발명은 차량의 선회제동시 4륜측에 각각 달리 추어지는 차체하중을 계량적이고 가변적인 측정수단을 이용해 감지하며, 상기 측정수단에 교축작용을 수반하도록 하고 이러한 측정수단이 출력하는 액압특성을 그대로 이용해 4륜에 각각 교호(교차전환)작용시키므로서 방향안정성을 갖는 최적의 제동력이 얻어지도록 하기 위하여, 제동시 차속 “0” 이상에서 4륜측에 주어지는 차체하중을 각각 프로포셔닝 밸브깁(P-V/V)의 출력액압으로 감지하고, 유압원의 액압이 차속 “0” 및 저압시 휠 실린더(W/C)에 곧바로 작용하며, 고압시 출력액압이 낮은 쪽은 높은 쪽으로, 높은 쪽은 낮은 쪽으로 서로 교호시켜 해당되는 휠 실린더에 프로포셔닝 밸브(P-V/V)의 액압이 차체하중에 반비례 하는 액압으로 작용하도록 구성한 것이다.The present invention detects the vehicle loads that are differently applied to the four-wheel side during the turning braking of the vehicle by using a quantitative and variable measuring means, and entails a throttling action to the measuring means and uses the hydraulic characteristics outputted by the measuring means as they are.
