Abstract
본 발명은 와이어 컷 방전 가공기의 서보제어방법에 관한 것으로, 와이어와 가공물간의 극간전압을 검출하여 디지탈로 변환하고 설정된 기준들과 비교하여 극간정보를 발생하는 극간전압감지/거리제어부(60)에 의해 수행되는 극간정보 발생과정과, 상기 극간제어정보 발생과정에서 발생된 극간정보를 입력하여 서보의 위치를 제어하기 위해 가공제어부(70)에 의해 수행되는 추종제어과정과, 상기 추종제어과정에 의해 활성화되어 상기 극간제어정보 발생과정의 파라메터를 변경시키는 파라메터 조정과정을 구비하여 파라메터를 변경하므로써 서보제어지령을 유연하게 결정할 수 있게 된 것이다.The present invention relates to a servo control method of a wire cut electric discharge machine, by the inter-pole voltage sensing / distance control unit (60) which detects the inter-pole voltage between the wire and the workpiece, converts it to digital, and generates inter-pole information in comparison with the set criteria.
