Abstract

사무 자동화 기기나 공장 자동화 기기등에 사용되는 스텝모터가 개시되는 바, 이는 상·하부 폴피스를 한개의 금형으로써 동일하게 형성하고, 착자시 마그네트를 상·하부 폴피스에 대해 1/2 정도 시프트시켜 착자시킴으로써 금형비 및 모터의 전체적인 제작비용을 절감할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

제5도는 이 발명에 따른 스텝모터에서의 마그네트 착자를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 스텝모터에 상·하부 폴피스가 접합에 의해 조립 설치되고, 상기 폴피스의 외측에 보빈이 부착되며 로우터의 중앙에 축이 삽입되어 연속적인 펄스열에 의해 회전하는 스텝 모터에 있어서; 상기의 폴피스를 단일 금형에 의해 동일하게 형성시키고, 상기 폴피스에 대해 마그네트를 약 1/2 정도 회전시켜 착자시켜서 된 스텝모터.
