Claims (4)
- 평판형 면 광원 장치에 있어서, 투명한 재료로 되어 있는 밀폐 용기, 상기 밀폐 용기 내부에 상하면에 부착되며 제2전극이 형성되어 있는 상부 패널 및 이에 대향하는 하부 패널, 상기 두 패널 사이에 내부 공간에 복수의 와이어 형태로 설치되는 제1전극 및 상기 내부 공간에 주입되는 가스 혼합물을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 상부 패널은 상기 밀폐 용기의 상부 내부면에 부착되는 제2전극 층, 상기 제2전극 층의 내부면에 형성되는 유전층 및 상기 유전층 내부면에 도포되는 형광막을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 하부 패널은 상기 밀폐 용기의 하부 내부면에 부착되는 반사막, 상기 반사막의 내부면에 부착되는 제2전극 층, 상기 제2전극 층의 내부면에 형성되는 유전층 및 상기 유전층 내부면에 도포되는 형광막을 포함하여 구성되는 면 광원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전극이 그물망 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 면 광원 장치.
- 평판형 면 광원 장치에 있어서, 투명한 재료로 되어 있으며 상부 내부면에 형광막이 도포되어 있는 밀폐 용기, 상기 밀폐 용기 내부의 상하부에 설치되며 제2전극이 형성되어 있는 상부 패널 및 이에 대향하는 하부 패널, 상기 두 패널 사이의 내부 공간에 복수의 와이어 형태로 설치되는 제1전극 및 상기 내부 공간에 주입되는 가스 혼합물을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 상부 패널은 상기 밀폐 용기의 상부 내부면에 부착되는 제2전극 층 및 상기 제2전극 층의 내부면에 형성되는 유리와 같은 재료로 형성된 유전층 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 하부 패널은 상기 밀폐 용기의 하부 내부면에 부착되는 반사막, 상기 반사막의 내부면에 부착되는 제2전극 층 및 상기 제2전극 층의 내부면에 형성되는 유리와 같은 재료로 형성된 유전층을 포함하여 구성되는 면 광원 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1전극이 그물망 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 면 광원 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
