Abstract

본 발명은 아날로그 전압신호의 입력부 중 온도센서 또는 외부 보상도선의 단선을 검출하는데 적당한 아날로그 입력신호 단선검출회로에 관한 것으로 특히, 기존의 단선검출회로에 설치된 아날로그 전압 입력부는 상기 열전대 신호 전송부의 두 출력단에 두개의 저항(R1,R2)을 각각 직렬 연결시켜 구성하고, 상기 단선검출 회로부는 증폭회로부의 정극성 입력단자(+)와 기준전압(Vr) 사이에 두개의 직렬 저항(R3,R4)을 연결하고 이 저항(R3,R4)의 접속점은 분압저항(R5)을 통해 접지에 연결하며 상기 증폭회로부의 부극성입력단자(-)는 단선검출용 저항(R6)을 통해 접지시키는 구성으로 형성시켜 기준전압에 의해 발생되는 오차전압을 최소로 줄일 수 있도록 하므로써 제품의 신뢰도를 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to an analog input signal disconnection detection circuit suitable for detecting disconnection of a temperature sensor or an external compensation wire among the input parts of an analog voltage signal.
