Abstract

본 발명은 진공 냉각 장치에 관한 것으로서, 프레온가스를 사용하지 않고 압력에 의해 비등점이 낮아지는 물질을 매개로 하여 냉각원리를 이용한 진공냉각 장치에 관한 것이다. 기체상태의 매개물을 펌핑할 수 있는 진공펌프와, 상기 진공펌프에서 펌프된 매개물의 상태를 기체에서 액체상태로 변환시키는 응축기와, 상기 응축기에서 공급되는 액체상태의 매개물을 저장하는 물탱크와, 상기 물탱크로부터 공급되는 액체상태의 매개물을 상기 진공펌프를 이용하여 기체상태로 변환시키는 증발기로 구성된다.(제3도)

Claims (4)

  1. 기체상태의 매개물을 펌핑할 수 있는 진공펌프와, 상기 진공펌프에서 펌프된 매개물의 상태를 기체에서 액체상태로 변환시키는 응축기와, 상기 응축기에서 공급되는 액체상태의 매개물을 저장하는 물탱크와, 상기 물탱크로부터 공급되는 액체상태의 매개물을 상기 진공펌프를 이용하여 기체상태로 변환시키는 증발기로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 냉각 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증발기는, 일정량의 액체상태를 매개물을 기화시키기 위해 액체상태의 매개물의 양을 측정하고 제어하는 수위센서를 증발기의 일측에 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 냉각 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매개물은, 압력에 비해 비등점이 낮아질수 있는 물질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 진공 냉각 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공펌프, 응축기, 물탱크, 증발기 사이에는 액체 또는 기체 상태의 매개물의 흐름을 제어하는 전자밸브가 각각 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 냉각 장치.
