Abstract

열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물 100중량부와 1,1'-아조-비스(아세톡시-1-페닐에탄)0.01 내지 50중량부를 배합함으로써 수득된 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물이 기재되어 있다.
실리콘 고무스폰지 조성물은 발포율이 높고, 기포 구조가 미세하며 균일하고, 외피층의 표면 유연성이 매우 우수하며, 표면 점착성을 나타내지 않고, 압축 경화성이 양호하며, 장시간의 후경화 처리를 필요로 하지 않는다.

Claims (7)

  1. 폴리오가노실옥산 기초 중합체와 경화제를 포함하는 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물(A) 100중량부와 발포제로서의 1,1'-아조-비스(아세톡시-1-페닐에탄) (B) 0.01 내지 50중량부를 포함하는 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 폴리오가노실옥산 기초 중합체 100중량부당 0.05 내지 15중량부의 양으로 사용되는 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 유기 과산화물인 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 디아실 유형의 유기 과산화물과 다른 유기 과산화물 또는 부가 반응 형태의 경화제와의 배합물인 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물이 보강 실리카 충전제를 폴리오가노실옥산 기초 중합체 100중량부당 1 내지 100중량부의 양으로 추가로 포함하는 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물이 전기 전도성 카본 블랙을 폴리오가노실옥산 기초 중합체 100중량부당 1 내지 100중량부의 양으로 추가로 포함하는 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
  7. 제1항에서 청구한 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물을 발포 및 경화시킴으로써 수득된 실리콘 고무 스폰지.
