Abstract

본 발명은 기름이 함유되어 있는 오일폐수를 여과하기 위한 여과장치에 관한 것으로, 일반적으로 오일이 함유되어 있는 오일폐수를 폐기처리 할때에는 1차적으로 오일폐수에서 오일을 여과하여 제거한 다음 이 폐수를 다시 다른 폐수여과기로 옮겨 이물질을 여과하는 방식을 이용하였는 바, 이로 인하여 작업이 복잡한 단점이 있었고 2가지의 여과장치를 각각으로 이용하여 오일폐수를 여과하기 때문에 작업시간이 오래 걸리는 단점이 있었으며 2가지의 장치를 설치하므로서 불필요한 지출을 초래하는 문제점이 있어 이를 해소하고 1차 농축탱크(3)에 담겨지는 오일폐수를 중성으로 중화되도록 펌프(P5)(P6)에 의하여 작동되는 중화용 약품탱크(11)를 설치하고 중성화된 오일폐수를 여과하는 마이크로 휠터(7)과 오일 여과기(5)를 농축탱크(3)와 연결설치된 오일여과장치(1)와, 상기 오일 여과장치(1)에 의하여 여과된 폐수를 저정하는 2차 농축탱크(4)에 폐수를 여과할 수 있도록 마이크로 휠터(8)와 폐수 여과기(6)를 연결설치한 폐수여과장치(2)로 이루어 2개의 농축탱크와 여과기를 일체로 설치하여 하나의 라인에서 폐오일 및 COD성분과 잔류 중금속 물질을 함께 여과할 수 있도록 한 것으로서, 구조가 간단하여 제작이 용이하고 하나의 여과기에서 기름과 폐수를 함께 여과하기 때문에 작업시간을 줄일 수가 있는 유용한 발명인 것이다.The present invention relates to a filtration apparatus for filtering oil-containing oil wastewater.
