Abstract

뇌내글루코오스의 농도를 증가시키는 현저한 작용을 나타내고, 그 투여를 받은 피검체의 뇌기능을 개선하는 효과를 가지는 뇌기능 개선제, 포스타티딜-L-셀린 또는 그 α위치 또는 β위치의 지방산고리를 절재해서 얻어지는 리소포스파티딜-L-셀린, 혹은 그들의 염을 유효성분으로서 함유한다.
이 포스타티딜-L-셀린은, 대두레시틴, 채종레시틴, 및 난황레시틴으로 이루어지는 군에서 선발된 적어도 1종의 원료레시틴에 유래하는 구성지방산고리를 보유한다.
포스타티딜-L-셀린은, 원료레시틴을 기질에 사용하여 포스파티딜기 전이반응을 이용해 제조된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 포스타티딜-L-셀린 또는 그 염을 유효성분에 함유하고, 상기한 포스파티딜-L-셀린은, 대두레시틴, 채종레시틴 및 난황레시틴으로 이루어지는 군에서 선발된 적어도 1종의 원료레시틴에 유래하는 구성지방산고리를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뇌기능 개선제.
  2. 포스타티딜-L-셀린 또는 그 염을 유효성분에 함유하고, 상기한 포스파티딜-L-셀린은, 대두레시틴, 채종레시틴 및 난황레시틴으로 이루어지는 군에서 선발된 적어도 1종의 원료레시틴에 유래하는 구성지방산고리를 보유하고, 이 구성지방산고리는 수소첨가처리된 포화지방산고리인 것을 특징으로 하는 뇌기능 개선제.
  3. 리소포스파타딜-L-셀린 또는 그 염을 유효성분에 함유하고, 상기한 리소포스파타딜-L-셀린은, α위치 또는 β위치의 지방산고리가 절제된 포스파티딜-L-셀린으로 이루어지고, 상기한 포스파티딜-L-셀린 은 대두레시틴, 채종레시틴 및 난황레시틴으로 이루어지는 군에서 선발된 적어도 1종의 원료레시틴에 유래하는 구성지방산고리를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뇌기능 개선제.
  4. 리소포스파타딜-L-셀린 또는 그 염을 유효성분에 함유하고, 상기한 리소포스파타딜-L-셀린은, α위치 또는 β위치의 지방산고리가 절제된 포스파티딜-L-셀린으로 부터 나고, 상기 포스파티딜-L-셀린은 대두레시틴, 채종레시틴 및 난황레시틴으로 이루어지는 군에서 선발된 적어도 1종의 원료레시틴에 유래하는 구성지방산고리를 보유하고, 이 구성지방산고리를 수소첨가처리된 포화지방산고리인 것을 특징으로 하는 뇌기능 개선제.
