Abstract

본 발명은 발기 촉진제를 발기 조직에 전달하여 발기를 도모하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물 전달 장치를 이용한 발기 부전증 보조장치 및 이에 사용되는 저장 수단에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 발기 보조장치는 발기 부전증 환자의 신체내에 이식되도록 형성되며, 환자의 일정한 작동개시에 의하여 일정량의 발기 촉진제를 발기 조직에 공급하여 발기 부전증 환자의 발기를 유도하는데 이용된다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 발기 보조장치는 발기 촉진제를 저장하는 저장수단, 환자에 의한 기계적 작동 개시를 인지하는 압박 수단, 상기 작동개시에 의하여 일정량의 발기 촉진제를 방출하는 조절 수단 및 상기의 수단들을 연결하는 전달 수단 등으로 이루어진다.
본 발명의 특징은 발기 조직에 이식되어야 하는 부분이 극소화 되었다는 점을 들 수 있다. 따라서 환자의 발기 조직은 본 발명의 장치를 이식받더라도 보존될 수 있으며 본 발명의 발기 보조장치는 발기 조직이 발기 촉진제에 반응하는 한 영구적 보조장치로 이용될 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 사용자의 작동개시에 따라 일정량의 발기 촉진제를 발기 조직에 전달함으로써 발기를 도모하는 발기 부전증 보조 장치에 있어서, 외형체(40) 내부에 수용되어 외형체(40)에 가해지는 외부압력을 전달하는 압박수단(20)과; 상기 압박 수단(20)의 압박에 따라 수용된 약물을 체내에 공급하는 조절 수단(30)과; 외형체(40)의 외부에 돌출 형성시킨 연결장치(12,13)를 포함하여 상기 외형체(40)를 경유하여 상기 조절수단(30)내로 약물을 주입 및 체내로 이송시키는 전달 수단(11)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발기 부전증 보조장치.
  2. 상기한 보조장치의 연결장치(12)에 연결하여 약물을 주입하는 약물 저장 수단(1)에 있어서, 외곽체에 통공을 형성시킨 압력 전달용 요홈(4)과, 요홈(4)의 대향면쪽에 형성시킨 발기 촉진제(5)를 충전할 수 있도록 한 충전판(9)과, 상기 충전판(9) 밑에 배설되어 주사침의 삽입에 따른 저장 주머니(3)의 관통 또는 파열 방지를 위한 보호막(10)을 갖는 저장 용기(20)와; 상기 저장 수단(1)의 내부에 배설되어 약물을 수요하는 신축자재한 저장 주머니(3)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장 수단.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압박 수단(20)은, 통공(27)과 격실(24)을 갖추고 외형체(40)의 누름에 따라 함께 눌려져 이동하는 압박판(21)과, 상기 한 격실(24) 내부에 수용되는 스프링(22)과, 상기 격실(24)내부에 스프링(22)과 함께 수용되며 그 하단은 외형체(40)의 받침판(41)에 고정시킨 유도장치(23)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발기 부전증 보조장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절 수단(30)은 피스톤(32)을 가지고 상기 압박 수단(20)의 압박에 따라 함께 하강동작하는 피압박판(31)과, 상기 피압박판(31)의 피스톤(32)이 끼워지며 하단은 외형체(40)의 받침판(41)에 고정되는 실린더(33)와, 상기 실린더(33)의 외주에 끼워져 피압박판(31)에 탄성을 주는 스프링(34)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발기 부전증 보조장치.
