Abstract

본 발명은 디지탈 비디오 테이프 레코더의 트릭플레이를 수행하기 위한 데이타 기록방법에 관한 것으로서, 소정간격으로 공급되고 독립적으로 디코딩이 가능한 프레임 데이타들을 포함하는 ATV신호를 노말플레이 데이타와 트릭플레이 데이타로 구분하여 디지탈비디오테이프에 기록하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 디지탈 비디오 테이프의 각 트랙에 있어 비디오 섹터의 데이타 영역을 제1영역, 제2영역, 제3영역, 제4영역 및 제5영역으로 분할하고, 상기 제1영역, 제3영역 및 제5영역의 각각에는 교류성분의 트릭플레이 데이타를 기록하고, 상기 제2영역 및 제4영역의 각각에는 직류성분의 트릭플레이 데이타와 노말플레이 데이타를 혼재하여 기록하고, 상기 제1영역, 제2영역, 제3영역, 제4영역 및 제5영역에 기록된 교류성분 및 직류성분의 트릭플레이 데이타는 트랙플레이의 최대 배속의 2배에 해당하는 갯수의 트랙에 주기, 반복적으로 기록됨을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 반복적으로 트릭플레이 데이타를 기록해 주기 때문에 어느 특정 배속에 국한되지 않고, 최대 배속내의 짝수 배속 및 소수점 배속은 모두가 가능하기 때문에 사용자로 하여금 비디오 테이프 레코더의 트릭플레이에 있어 배속의 선택의 폭을 다양하게 해주는 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 소정간격으로 공급되고 독립적으로 디코딩이 가능한 프레임 데이타들을 포함하는 ATV신호를 노말플레이 데이타와 트릭플레이 데이타로 구분하여 디지탈비디오테이프에 기록하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 디지탈 비디오 테이프의 각 트랙에 있어 비디오 섹터의 데이타 영역을 제1영역, 제2영역, 제3영역, 제4영역 및 제5영역으로 분할하고, 상기 제1영역, 제3영역 및 제5영역의 각각에는 교류성분의 트릭플레이 데이타를 기록하고, 상기 제2영역 및 제4영역의 각각에는 직류성분의 트릭플레이 데이타와 노말플레이 데이타를 혼재하여 기록하고, 상기 제1영역, 제2영역 제3영역, 제4영역 및 제5영역에 기록된 교류성분 및 직류성분의 트릭플레이 데이타는 트랙플레이의 최대 배속의 2배에 해당하는 갯수의 트랙에 주기, 반복적으로 기록됨을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 트릭플레이 데이타 기록방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직류 및 교류성분의 트릭플레이 데이타는 SD-VCR(Standard Definition-Video Cassette Recorder)의 비트스트림과 ATV(Adbanced Television)의 신호의 비트스트림의 차에 해당하는 영역에 기록됨을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 트릭플레이 데이타 기록방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트릭플레이는 최대 배속내의 짝수 배속 및 소수점 배속의 속도를 선택적으로 플레이시킬 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 트릭플레이 데이타 기록방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트릭플레이를 위한 트릭플레이 데이타는 트랙내에 비디오섹터를 포함하여 오디오섹터에도 상기 동일한 배치구조로 기록됨을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 트릭플레이 데이타 기록방법.
