Claims (10)
- 복수개의 용기와, 상기 용기를 상호 연결하는 파이프와, 상기 파이프는 상기 파이프를 통과하는 유체로 폐색되기 쉬우며, 상기 파이프에 설치된 진동센서와, 상기 진동센서는 유체가 상기 파이프를 통과할 때 발생된 진동을 검출하며, 그리고 상기 진동센서로부터의 출력신호에 의거하여 상기 파이프내의 폐색의 발생을 검출하는 검출수단을 구비한 배관용 폐색 검지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은 상기 파이프를 통과하여 유체에 의해 발생된 진동에 대응하는 주파수대의 신호를 상기 진동센서의 신호클럭신호부터 추출해서, 이 주파수대의 신호가 설정기준레벨 이하일 때 상기 파이프가 폐색되는 것을 반정하는 배관용 폐색 검지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파이프를 통과하는 유체는 폴리올레핀과 상기 파이프내의 폐색을 제거하는 정화가스이며, 상기 파이프 내로 정화가스를 공급하는 정화가스 공급수단이 설치되어 있으며, 폴리올레핀과 정화가스중의 하나를 상기 파이프를 통해 흐르게 하는 밸브수단이 설치되어있으며, 그리고 주파수대로, 상기 밸브수단에 의해 상기 파이프를 통해 유입되는 유체가 폴리올레핀일때 0.5K-15KHz인 배관용 폐색 검지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파이프를 통과하는 유체는 폴리올레핀과 상기 파이프내의 폐색을 제거하는 정화가스이며, 상기 파이프내로 정화가스를 공급하는 정화가스 공급수단이 설치되어 있으며, 폴리올레핀과 정화가스중의 하나를 상기 파이프를 통해 흐르게하는 밸브수단이 설치되어있으며, 그리고 주파수대는, 상기 밸브수단에 의해 사이 파이프를 통해 유입되는 유체가 정화가스일 때 0.5K-15KHz인 배관용 폐색 검지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 검출수단은 상기 진동센서의 출력신호를 평균처리회로를 포함하는 배관용 폐색 검지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은 상기 진동센서의 출력신호의 피크치를 유지하는 피크유지회로를 포함하는 배관용 폐색 검지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단에 의해 상기 파이프내의 폐색이 검출될 때 경고를 발하는 경고 수단을 포함하는 배관용 폐색 검지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동센서의 출력신호를 소리로 변환하는 수단을 포함하는 배관용 폐색 검지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파이프를 통과하는 유체는 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 배관용 폐색 검지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수개의 파이프가 설치되고, 상기 파이프와 같은 수의 진동센서가 설치되며, 그리고 상기 진동센서와 같은 수의 검출수단이 설치되는 배관용 폐색 검지장치.
