Abstract

연삭 저항의 변화를 억제해서 높은 가공정도로 웨이브 캠의 캠면을 연삭하는 것으로, 사용면(31)이 단면으로 설치된 컵형 숫돌(30)에서 캠면(20A,20B)의 연삭을 하므로써, 숫돌축(32)에 작용하는 모멘트를 적게할 수 있고, 숫돌축(32)의 휨이 억제되어서 고정도인 캠면(20A,20B)의 연삭이 가능하게 되고, 압축효율이 높은 웨이브 캠식 압축기를 제조할 수 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명을 구체화한 한 실시예의 압축기 전체를 도시하는 단면도,
제2도는 제1도의 1-1선단면도,
제3도는 기둥면에 의한 웨이브캡의 사시도,
제4도는 포물 기둥면을 도시하는 개략적인 사시도.

Claims (5)

  1. 구동축에 고정부착된 웨이브 캠의 회전에 의해서 웨이브 캠의 캠면에 계류된 피스톤을 왕복운동시키는 웨이브 캠식 압축기의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 웨이브 캠의 캠면은 상기 캠면과 직교하는 방향으로 배치된 숫돌축을 가지고, 사용면이 단면으로 설치된 숫돌에 의해 연삭가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이브 캠식 압축기의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 웨이브 캠의 캠면은 볼록곡면만으로 되는 기둥면에 의해서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이브 캠식 압축기의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 숫돌은 웨이브 캠의 외경 보다도 큰 직경인 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이브 캠식 압축기의 제조 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 캠면의 한쪽의 하사점 대응부 위치와 다른쪽의 하사점 대응부 위치를 연결하는 선상에, 상기 숫돌축의 축선이 따르도록 숫돌과 웨이브 캠을 상대 이동시켜서 캠면의 연삭을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이브 캠식 압축기의 제조 방법.
