Abstract

연료를 공급 탱크로부터 내연기관에 공급하는 연료 공급 조립체는 공통 하우징(1)내에 함께 배열된 전기 구동 모터(5)에 의해 회전 구동되는 연료 공급 펌프(3)를 갖추고 있다. 구동 모터(5)의 회전자(17)를 펌프측에 축방향으로 장착하기 위하여, 환형 갭(29)을 형성하도록 대향하게 위치하여 반드시 서로 평행한 회전자(17) 및/또는 중간 하우징(9)의 단부면(25,27)들에 있는 리세스(31)들에 의해 회전자(17)와 공급 펌프(3)의 중간 하우징(9) 사이에 유압 베어링이 마련된다.

제1도는 유압 베어링을 형성하는 리세스들의 위치를 취할 수 있는 공급 조립체의 단면도,
제2도 내지 제3도는 구동 모터의 회전자 및/또는 공급 펌프의 중간 하우징의 단부면들에 나선형 홈을 형성한 여러 실시예를 도시한 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 연료를 공급 탱크로부터 내연기관에 공급하는 연료 공급 조립체로서, 하우징(1)에 고정된 고정자(13) 및 이 고정자 내의 회전자(15)축 상에서 회전하는 회전자(17)로 형성되고 공통 하우징(1) 내에 함께 배열된 전기모터(5)에 의해 회전 구동되는 연료 공급 펌프(3)를 포함하며, 상기 공급 펌프(3)의 하우징 부분을 형성하는 중간 하우징(9)의 단부면(27)과 전기 구동 모터(5)의 회전자(17)의 축방향 단부면(25) 사이에 환경 갭(29)이 형성되어 있는 연료 공급 조립체에 있어서, 상기 환형 갭(29)을 제한하는 전가 구동 모터(5)의 회전자(17)의 단부면(25) 및/또는 이 단부면(25)에 대향하게 위치하는 공급 펌프(3)의 중간 하우징(9)의 단부면(27)에 리세스(31)들이 마련되어 있고, 이들 리세스들은 공급 조립체의 작동중에 구동 모터(5)의 회전자(17)를 축방향으로 안정화시키는 유압 웨지를 중간 하우징(9)과 구동 모터(5)의 회전자(17) 사이에 형성하는 방식으로 연료로 충전될 수 있게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 조립체.
  2. 제l항에 있어서, 리세스(31)들이 나선형 홈의 형태를 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 리세스(31)들의 반경 방향 외측 대면 단부들이 공급 조립체의 하우징(1) 내에서 중간 하우징(9)에 인접한 연료 충전 압력 공간에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 조립체.
