Abstract

본 발명은 롤러 셀 펌프형의 급송 펌프를 갖는 연료 급송 조립체에 관한 것이다. 펌프 챔버내에서 편심 회전하는 펌프로터(23)는 주연에 균일하게 분포되고, 디스크형 펌프로터(23)의 반경 방향 홈(39)에서 안내되고, 펌프 로터(23)가 회전할 때 원심력의 결과로 펌프 챔버를 반경방향으로 한정하는 중간 링(29)의 구멍 벽(17)상에서 주행하는 다수의 롤러(41)를 갖는다. 상기 구멍 벽(27)은 주행트랙을 형성한다. 동시에 롤러(41)는 펌프로터(23)와 구멍 벽(27) 사이에서 한정되고, 그 체적이 흡입 포트(35)로부터 펌프 로터(23)의 편심 영향으로 전달 포트(37)를 향해 한정되는 개개의 낫형 펌프 작업 공간(43)을 한정한다. 동시에 전달 포트(37) 및 흡입포트(35) 사이로 펌프 로터(23)의 회전 방향으로 좁은 틈 구역(47)이 제공되고, 틈 구역은 본 발명에 따라 이 구역(47)을 통과하는 펌프 작업 공간(43)이 완전히 폐쇄되는 크기로 만들어진다.

Claims (5)

  1. 공급 탱크로부터 내연 기관으로 연료를 급송하기 위한 것이고, 전기 구동모터(3)에 의해 회전 구동되는 롤러-셀-펌프형의 급송 펌프(l)를 갖고, 기부판(13)과 중간 링(29)의 구멍(27)의 벽과 덮개판(31)에 의해 한정되는 펌프의 펌프 챔버(33)에는 반경 방향 홈(39)내에서 펌프 로터(23)에 의해 각각 안내되는 다수의 롤러(41)를 갖고 중간 링(29)의 구멍(27)에 대해 편심 장착된 디스크형 펌프 로터(23)가 회전하고, 펌프 로터(23)의 회전시 롤러(41)들은 원심력의 결과 중간 링(29)의 구멍(27)의 벽에 대해 가압되고, 상기 벽은 주행 트랙의 역할을 하고, 동시에 펌프 챔버(33) 내에서 2개의 인접한 롤러(41)를 사이의 각 케이스에서 펌프 작업 공간(43)을 한정하고, 흡입 포트(35)가 회전 펌프 작업 공간(43)의 구역에 배열되고 기부판(13)내에 위치하고, 전달 포트(37)가 덮개판(31)내에 위치하고, 좁은 틈 구역(47)이 펌프 로터(23)의 회전 방향으로 전달 포트(37) 및 흡입 포트(35) 사이에 배열되고 중간 링(29)의 구멍(27)의 벽과 펌프 로터(23)의 주연면 사이에 위치하고, 각 펌프 작업 공간(43)은 좁은 틈 구역(47)을 통과할 때 전달 포트(37)와의 중첩으로부터 완진히 벗어난 후에만 흡입 포트(35)를 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 좁은 틈 구역(47)의 크기는 펌프 로터(23)의 적어도 하나의 롤러(41)가 임의의 시각에 좁은 틈 구역 내에 위치하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전달 구역으로부터 흡입 구역으로의 전이중 개개의 펌프 작업 공간(43)은 좁은 틈 구역(47)을 통과할 때 전달 포트(37)와 흡입 포트(35)로부터 완전히 약 20°의 회전각에 걸쳐 완전히 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 좁은 틈 구역(47)은 전달 포트(37)와의 중첩에서 벗어나는 순간(A)과, 흡입 포트(35)의 개방이 시작하는 순간(B)에서 좁은 틈 구역을 통과하는 펌프 작업 공간(43)의 체적의 시간에 따른 변화가 사실상 0이 되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 가스 제거 구멍(49)이 좁은 틈 구역(47)에서 기부판(13)내에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
