Claims (7)
- (1)에폭시당량이 500∼4000, 수산기가 10∼200, 유리전이온도가 -30∼80℃, 중량평균분자량이 3000∼150000의 범위에 있는 에틸렌성불포화모노머의 중합체로 이루어진 수지성분, (2)수산기와 반응할 수 있는 관능기를 1분자속에 2개 이상 가진 경화제, (3)루이스산촉매, 및 (4)착색성안료 및/또는 광휘성안료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성베이스코트도료조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화성베이스코트도료조성물이, 피도장물표면상에 경화성베이스코트도료조성물을 도장하고, 또 이 베이스코트위에 화학적으로 블록된 산형경화제와 에폭시기를 함유한 수지와의 조합으로 이루어진 경화성클리어코트도료조성물은 웨트·온·웨트로 도장하는 도막형성방법에 있어서 사용하는 경화성베이스코트도료조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성베이스코트도료조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화성베이스코트도료조성물이, 피도장물표면상에 경화성베이스코트도료조성물을 도장하고, 또 이 베이스코트위에 폴리올을 주체수지로하고, 아미노수지로 경화시키는, 폴리올/멜라민계 및/또는 경화제에 폴리이소시아네이트화합물 또는 그 블록체를 사용한 폴리올/멜라민/폴리이소시아네이트계로 이루어진 경화성 클리어코트도료조성물을 웨트·온·웨트로 도장하는 도막형성방법에 있어서 사용하는 경화성베이스코트도로조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성베이스코트도료조성물.
- 청구범위 제1항 기재의 경화성베이스코트도료조성물을 피도장물 표면상에 도장하는 공정, 또 이 베이스코트위에 화학적으로 블록된 산형경화제와 에폭시기를 함유한 수지와의 조합으로 이루어진 경화성클리어코트도료조성물을 웨트·온·웨트로 도장하는 공정르로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하믄 도막형성방법.
- 청구범위 제1항 기재의 경화성베이스코트도료조성물을 피도장물표면상에 도장하는 공정, 또 이 베이스코트위에 폴리올을 주체수지로하고, 아미노수지로 경화시키는, 폴리올/멜라민계 및/또는 경화제에 폴리이소시아네이트화합물 또는 그 블록체를 사용한 폴리올/멜라민/폴리이소시아네이트계로 이루어진 경화성클리어코트조성물을 웨트·온·웨트로 도장하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 도막형성방법.
- 청구범위 제4항 기재의 도막형성 방법에 의해 얻게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장물품.
- 청구범위 제5항 기재의 도막형성 방법에 의해 얻게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장물품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
