Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 전면유리 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 자동차의 대쉬판넬(1)과 카울그릴(2)사이에 지지부재를 매개로 전면유리(4)가 지지되면서 액상의 우레탄이 흘러내리지 못하도록 막아주는 차단부재(5)가 상기 전면유리(4)와 대쉬판넬(1)사이에 설치되어, 이 차단부재(5)와 전면유리(4) 및 대쉬판넬(1)이 이루는 공간내에 액상의 우레탄이 부어넣어져 경화되어 전면유리를 취부시키도록 된 자동차의 전면유리 취부구조에 있어서, 상기 지지부재가 ㄷ자형상으로 절곡형성되면서 이 ㄷ자형상의 채널내에 상기 전면유리(4)와 차단부재(5)가 끼워져 액상의 우레탄이 굳어질 때까지 전면유리를 지지하도록 되어, 조립공수가 적게 들면서 적은 부품으로 전면유리를 취부시킬 수 있도록 된 것이다.The present invention relates to a windshield mounting structure of a vehicle, which prevents the liquid urethane from flowing down while the windshield (4) is supported through a support member between the dash panel (1) and the cowl grill (2) of the automobile.
