Claims (6)
- 써어지 흡수소자(2)에 의한 과전압 과전류 보호기능의 회로부품에 있어서, 저융점 금속부재(3)를 써어지 흡수소자(2) 표면에 밀착시켜서 설치하고, 이 저융점 금속부재(3)와 이 써어지 흡수소자(2)를 밀접시켜 접속하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 써어지 흡수소자에 의한 과전압 과전류 보호회로부품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저융점 금속부재(3)를 써어지 흡수소자(2) 표면에 밀착시켜서 설치하고, 이 저융점 금속부재(3)는, 이 써어지 흡수소자(2) 및 이 써어지 흡수소자(2)로 보호해야 할 기기회로의 양자에 대하여, 밀접시켜 접속하여, 계속적인 과전압 과전류에 대하여, 상기의 보호해야할 회로를 보호하는 것을 특징으로 하는 써어지 흡수소자에 의한 과전압 과전류 보호회로부품.
- 제1항에, 저융점 금속선(3)는, 온도 퓨즈이며, 이 온도 퓨즈는, 써어지 흡수소자(2) 및 이 써어지 흡수소자(2)로 보호해야할 기기회로의 양자에 대하여 밀접시켜 접속하여, 계속적인 과전압 과전류에 대하여, 상기의 보호해야할 회로를 보호하는 것을 특징으로 하는 써어지 흡수소자에 의한 과전압 과전류 보호회로부품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 써어지 흡수소자(16)는, 갭식 또는 마이크로 갭식 써어지 흡수소자(16)이며, 그것보다 약간 큰 안지름을 가지는 무기재료 외피체 내부에, 이 써어지 흡수소자(16)와 상기 저융점 금속부재(17)를 삽입한 구조를 가지고, 상기 무기 재료 외피체의 양끝단을 수지 베이스(15)에 고정하고, 상기 무기 재료 외피체의 중앙부의 주위에 공간을 형성한 구조의 써어지 흡수소자에 의한 과전류 보호회로부품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 써어지 흡수소자(16)의 수지 베이스(15)에 미리 리이드핀(11), (13)을 때려 넣어 설치하고, 이 리이드핀(11), (13)에, 갭식 또는 마이크로 갭식 써어지 흡수소자(16)의 양끝단 리이드선 및 저융점 금속부재(17)의 양끝단을 이 리이드핀(12), (14)에 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 써어지 흡수소자에 의한 과전압 과전류 보호회로부품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 써어지 흡수소자(16)의 외피체의 중앙부의 원주방향으로 접하도록, 상기 저융점 금속부재(17)를 밀접시킨 상태로 형성하고, 상기 써어지 흡수소자(16)의 양 리이드선 및 저융점 금속부재(17)의 양끝단부를, 각각 독립하여 수지베이스(15)에 형성한 리이드단자에 부착한 구조를 가지고 이상과 같이 조립한 이 써어지 흡수소자(16)와 이 저융점 금속부재(17)의 전체를 보호케이스(18)로 보호한 구조를 특징으로 하는 써어지 흡수소자에 의한 과전압 과전류 보호회로부품.
