Claims (10)
- 적어도 한쪽 말단이 선단을 향하여 선세화됨으로써 코어가 외부로 노출된 시이드-코어 복합 폴리에스테르 섬유인 선세화 섬유로서, 노출된 코어 부분의 표면에는 직경이 0.5 내지 5㎛인 오목부가 100μ㎡당 0.1 내지 20개 존재하고 섬유의 노출된 코어 부분 이외의 표면에는 직경이 0.2 내지 0.7㎛인 오목부가 100μ㎡당 20 내지 1,000개 존재하는 선세화 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선세부 이외의 섬유의 코어와 시이드 간의 중량비가 20/80 내지 70/30인 선세화 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬도가 2 내지 6데니어인 선세화 섬유.
- 코어가 알칼리 불용성 무기 미립자를 0.3 내지 15중량% 함유하고 시이드가 알칼리 가용성 무기 미립자를 0.5 내지 5중량% 함유하는 시이드-코어 복합 폴리에스테르 섬유를 이의 선단까지 선세화함을 특징으로 하는 선세화 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따르는 선세화 섬유(이의 코어는 말단부에서 외부로 노출되어 있다)를 포함하는 기모 섬유로 이루어진 입모직물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기모 섬유가 전체 기모 길이의 20% 이상의 길이로 선단까지 선세화되어 있는 입모직물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기모 섬유가 전체 기모 길이의 20 내지 50%의 길이로 선단까지 선세화되어 있는 입모직물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기모 섬유의 기모 길이가 10mm 이하인 입모직물.
- 코어가 알칼리 불용성 무기 미립자를 0.3 내지 15중량% 함유하고 시이드가 알칼리 가용성 무기 미립자를 0.5 내지 5중량% 함유하는 시이드-코어 복합 폴리에스테르 섬유를 포함하는 기모 섬유로 이루어진 입모직물을 알칼리 에칭 처리하여 기모 섬유의 말단부를 선세화함을 특징으로 하는 입모직물의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 증점제를 함유하는 가수분해제 수용액을 기모 섬유에 적용시키고 80 내지 180℃의 온도에서 직물을 열처리함으로써 알칼리 에칭 처리를 수행하는 방법.
