Claims (9)
- 폴리우레탄 및 폴리우레아 수지계 및 촉매를 포함하고 1 이상의 충전제와 안료, 염료, 또는 안료 및 염료를 포함할 수 있는 접착제 조성물에 있어서, 상기 수지계가 예비 중합체 및 경화 조성물을 포함하고, 예비 중합체는 말단 유리 -NCO기를 갖는 우레탄 예비 중합체이며 경화 조성물은 가교 결합 폴리우레탄을 형성할 수 있는 1 이상의 폴리아민 및 1 이상의 폴리올을 포함하고, 수지계의 이소시아네이트 지수(-NCO/(-OH+-NH))가 1.20~2이고 1종 이상의 폴리아민은 반드시 1 이상의 방향족 폴리아민으로 구성되고, 1 이상의 방향족 폴리아민은 1분자당 2개 이상의 NH2기를 갖고, 다리목 탄소가 아닌 고리 탄소에 결합된 H, NH2, C1~C5알킬 또는 페닐기를 갖는 융합된 폴리시클릭 방향족 고리가 있는 1종 이상의 1차 방향족 폴리아민류인 접착제 조성물로 다른 기판과 접착되어 결합되어 있는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 기판을 포함하는 개량 제조품.
- 섬유 강화 플라스틱, 금속, 및 기타 플라스틱으로부터 개별적으로 선택되는 다른 기판에 섬유 강화 플라스틱 기판을 접착시키어 결합하는 방법에 있어서, 미반응 이소시아네이트 말단기를 갖는 우레탄 예비 중합체를 우레탄 접착제를 형성하는 경화 성분과 혼합하고(상기에서 경화 성분은 1종 이상의 폴리올 및 1차 아민기를 갖는 1 이상의 포리아민을 포함하고 ; 모든 1차 아민은 반드시 방향족 1차 아민으로 구성된다.) ; 상기 우레탄 접착제를 상기 섬유 강화 플라스틱 기판 또는 상기 다른 기판 또는 상기 섬유 강화 플라스틱 기판 및 상기 다른 기판에 도포시키고 ; 상기 우레탄 접착제를 이소시아네이트 말단기 및 1종 이상의 방향족 1차 폴리아민으로부터 균일하게 분산된 우레아 결합을 형성함으로써 증점시키고 ; 상기 섬유 강화 강화 플라스틱 기판 및 상기 다른 기판과 상기 우레탄 접착제를 결합시킨 다음, 상기 우레탄 접착제를 50℃ 이상에서 가열하여서 우레탄 접착제를 경화시키어 2개 이상의 기판을 결합시키는 것으로 구성되며 ; 상기 1종 이상의 1차 폴리아민이 상기 경화 성분 100중량부당 0.5~3중량부의 양으로 사용되고 상기 폴리아민은 반드시 (a) 하기 식의 1종의 이상의 1차 방향족 폴리아민류[식중, R1은또는 R2~R6와 동일하며, R2~R6및 R7~R11이 독립적으로 H ; NH2; C1~C5알킬 ; 또는 페닐의 군에 선택될 경우, A는 C0~C12의 알킬렌 탄화수소이며, 각각의 분자는 2개 이상의 NH2기를 함유하고, R1이 식 Ⅱ가 아닌 경우 R1~R6기의 4개 이상은 H가 아니고 식 Ⅰ은 디에틸 톨루엔 디아민이 아니며, R1이 식 Ⅱ인 경우, R2~R11기의 4개 이상은 H가 아니다] 또는 (b) 1분자당 2 NH2기 이상을 갖고, 다리목 탄소가 아닌 고리 탄소에 결합된 H, NH2, C1~C5알킬 또는 페닐기를 갖는 융합된 폴리시클릭 방향족 고리가 있는 1종 이상의 1차 방향족 폴리아민류, 또는 이들의 조합으로 구성되고, 상기 중점은 헌합후 3초 이내에 발생하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 플라스틱 기판이, 상기 접착제에 대한 표면 하도제 처리를 하지 않은 개량 제조품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1종 이상의 폴리아민 1, 5-디아미노 나프탈렌 또는 1, 8-디아미노 나프탈렌으로 이루어지고, 경화제의 1종 이상의 폴리올의 분자량이 450~600이고, 이소시아네이트 지수가 1.35~1.6인 개량 제조품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 경화제의 1종 이상의 폴리아민이 1, 8-디아미노 나프탈렌인 개량 제조품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 조성물에 1차 지방족 폴리아민이 없고, 1 이상의 1차 방향족 폴리아민이 상기 경화제 100중량부 당 0.5~3중량부로 사용되는 개량 제조품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1 이상의 폴리아민이 1, 5-디아미노 나프탈렌 또는 1, 8-디아미노 나프탈렌이고, 상기 1 이상의 폴리올 경화제의 분자량이 450~600이고, 상기 이소시아네이트 지수가 1.35~1.6인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트는 MDI이고, 접착 조성물은 5 보다 큰 틱소트로픽 지수를 가지고, 접착 조상물은 90℃ 이상에서 경화되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 경화제의 1종 이상의 폴리아민이 1, 8-디아미노 나프탈렌으로 구성되는 개량 제조품.
