Abstract
본 발명은 비치환 멜라민, 치환 멜라민 및 히드록시페닐 화합물의 혼합물과 포름알데히드 또는 포름알데히드 도우너의 축합에 의해 얻을 수 있는 축합 생성물을, 섬유, 실, 트레드, 직물, 니트 또는 비직조 직물의 형태로 수성 액제 중에서 아조, 안트라퀴논, 쿠마린, 메틴, 아자메틴, 퀴로프탈론 또는 니트로 염료 중 하나 이상의 염료로 염색시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (12)
- 섬유, 실, 트레드, 직물, 니트 또는 비직조 직물의 형태로 축합 생성물을 20내지 250℃의 온도에서 1내지 12의PH 를 갖는 수성 액제 중에서 아조 염료, 안트라퀴논 염료, 쿠나린 염료, 메틴 염료 또는 아자메틴 염료, 퀴노프탈론 염료 또는 니트로 염료 부류의 하나 이상의 염료로 처리하는 것으로 이루어지는, (A)(a)30내지 99몰%의 멜라민 및 (b)1내지 70몰%의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 멜라민 또는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 멜라민의 혼합물로 이루어진 90내지 99.9몰%의 혼합물 및 (B)(A) 및 (B)에 대해, 0.1 내지 10몰%의 C1-C9-알킬 또는 히드록시-치환되는 페놀, 히드록시페닐-치환되는 C1-C4-알칸, 비스(히드록시페닐)술폰 또는 이것들의 혼합물을 필수 성분으로서 포함하는 혼합물을 포름알데히드 또는 포름알데히드 도우너 화합물과 1:1.15 내지 1:4.5의 멜라민 대 포름알데히드의 몰비로 축합시킴으로써 얻을 수 있는 축합 생성물을 염색시키기 위한 방법:상기 식에서, Y는 각각 서로 무관하게 수소, 히드록시 -C2-C10-알킬, 히드록시-C2-C4-알킬-(옥사-C2-C4-알킬)n(n은 1내지 5임), 또는 아미노 -C2-C12-알킬이며, 단, 적어도 하나의 Y는 수소가 아니어야 한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온성 기가 없는 하나 이상의 염료로, 축합 생성물이 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온성 기가 없고, 아닐린으로부터 또는 헤테로고리에 질소, 산소 및 황으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1내지 3개의 헤테로 원자를 갖고 벤젠, 티오펜, 피리딘 또는 피리미딘 고리에 융합될 수 있는 5-원자 방향족 헤테로 고리 아민으로부터 유도되는 디아조 성분을 갖는 하나 이상의 모노아조 또는 디아조 염료로 축합 생성물이 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온성 기가 없고 1-아미노안트라퀴논의 부류로부터 유도되는 하나 이상의 안트라퀴논 염료로 축합 생성물이 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온성 기가 없고 7-디알킬아미노쿠마린의 부류로부터 유도되는 하나 이상의 쿠마린 염료로 축합 생성물이 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온성 기가 없고 트리아졸피리딘 또는 피리딘의 부류로부터 유도되는 하나 이상의 메틴 또는 아자메틴 염료로 축합 생성물이 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,이온성 기가 없고 치환되지 않거나 또는 퀴놀린 고리의 고리 위치 4에서 할로겐-치환되는 하나이상의 퀴로프탈론 염료로 축합 생성물이 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 내지 6개의 카르복실 및 / 또는 술포기를 갖는 하나 이상의 염료로 축합 생성물이 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 내지 6개의 카르복실 및 / 또는 술포기를 갖고, 페닐-아조-나프탈렌, 페닐-아조1-페닐피라졸-5-온, 페닐-아조-벤젠, 나프탈렌-아조-벤젠, 페닐-아죠-아미노나프탈렌, 나프틸-아조-나프탈렌, 나프틸-아죠-1-페닐피라졸-5-은, 페닐-아조-피리딘, 페닐-아조-아미노피리딘, 나프틸-아조-피리딘, 나프틸-아조-아미노피리딘 또는 스틸빌-아조-벤젠 계열로부터 유도되는 하나 이상의 금속 -유리 또는 금속화 염료로 축합 생성물이 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1,4-디아미노안트라퀴논의 부류로부터의 하나 이상의 산 안트라퀴논 염료로 축합 생성물이 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염색하려는 축합생성물의 중량에 대해, 0.01 내지 20중량%의 염료가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액제 비에 대해, 0내지 100g/ℓ의 유기 용매의 존재하에 염색이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
